Nice place to enjoy and relax

Had a lovely time at this house on the side of the hills overlooking the Ocean. Beautiful Sunset each night, and a HEATED, WARM pool with a great Lanai and a hot tub! Great kitchen, A/C individually in each room, W/D and Dishwasher. Beach stuff to take with you and towels. Really everything we could have needed for the week! Thanks for the great stay!

It was perfect - the house is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood & the view/pool are even better in person. Lee & Courtney we’re great in their communications & restaurant recommendations & even left us a gift certificate to Jackie Rey’s (which was awesome). The house was perfect for us. It had everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. Soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing powder and liquid for washing bigger pots/pans, extra towels! It was wonderful not to have to worry about shopping for anything other than food once we landed. The pool was great. My kids loved it and they even have floats and toys to use in the pool. We ate on the lanai for almost every meal. The breeze flowing through the house was heavenly and we had A/C in the bedroom for night. You could not ask for a more perfect stay. I think this is the most accurate a house listing has been from all the other places I have stayed with my family. Thank you to the owners for thinking of everything.

The owner was great at accommodating us around our flights. The TV by the pool broke so it was replaced with a new one the same day. It was perfect for watching the Super Bowl by the pool. The house had everything we needed for snorkeling, chairs for the beach or floating in the pool. Definitely recommend as the view was amazing.

We got to spend 14 days here and it was absolutely amazing. The house is immaculate. We have never stayed in a cleaner house! Everything was provided in the house, you would not need anything. The house had a cool breeze in the evenings. The pool was perfect temp. Lee & Courtney were wonderful hosts. Very attentive and generous. I would highly recommend, the location was convenient to everything. A very quiet neighborhood and gordeous views of the ocean and sunsets.

We stayed at the Holualoa property! It was breathtaking!! The views from every room were stunning! The bathtub overlooking the ocean was such a peaceful way to end the day! We loved the outdoor eating area it suited all five us perfectly! The house was very clean with everything a person could need. The heated pool was a favorite along with hot tub. Courtney and Lee answered promptly for any questions or concerns. Jackie Reyes Restaurant that they suggested was amazing. Thank you Courtney and Lee for making our holiday vacation amazing!! I would definitely recommend this house!!

The location is in a very nice, safe residential neighborhood. The house has amazing views and the pool area is a great place for relaxation! We enjoyed the wild life - birds, lizards and geckos that visited the property. The amount of bugs on the lani made it uncomfortable to eat outside after dark. As to be assumed with island life there were also sugar ants and a cockroach in the house. We didn’t message the host about these as it was somewhat expected but the host is super responsive and provided great service. I’m not sure if it is mentioned in the listing but they have pool floaties, cooler, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear at the house which was great. The kitchen is also fully stocked and there is a grocery store - Safeway close by. Would definitely suggest this house!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location. House and kitchen were well supplied. Pool was better than the pictures, with views of the sunset on the ocean that can’t be beat. We hope to make it back someday!

Place is exactly as listed, great views and pool. The house was perfect for our family of 4 as each kid had their own room. The hosts are very responsive and the house is well stocked. Thanks Lee and Courtney.

This home was gorgeous. The furniture was comfortable. Lee and Courtney have thought of so many little extra details that make the place even more amazing. We spent most of our time on the lanai. The outdoor furniture is fabulous! Reclining chairs! The pool is great. My kids had such a good time. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the showers. Would highly recommend.

Came with our toddler daughter and baby boy. Views were surreal. Attention to detail was tremendous. Pool was warm/private enough for our little ones to unwind - priceless. Neighborhood felt safe yet central. The most gracious of hosts made our stay a 10/10.

Can’t recommend this home high enough! Pictures don’t do it justice. It is so large, well supplied, comfy beds, huge lanai and the heated pool was our go to wellness spot. Lee and Courtney were extremely responsive when needed and such a pleasure to work with. Mahalo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property description is entirely accurate. Great ocean views from the living space, indoors and out, from the master bedroom and bath, and from the pool. The kitchen is well supplied. The owners responded quickly and positively to every question. Also, the two other bedrooms are very comfortable for adult couples. We would be happy to stay here again.

We have stayed at several other Kona homes over the past few years, and all had heated pools. This pool, which is salt-water, was considerably warmer, which was to our liking. We were there for the "Kona Low" (a four-day, major storm event), which dumped at least four or five inches of rain on us and knocked out power, cable, and internet intermittently. (No fault of homeowner or property -- it was a nasty storm that did damage nearby and closed some roads.) But the pool heater could keep up, and the water was comfortable even between rainstorms, some of which were quite heavy. Location is in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. This is a wonderful property. It is clean, well equipped, has great view, a nice location, and is quiet.

This home has an amazing view that was enjoyed daily! A great location and very comfortable accommodations with a great pool area! Courtney and Lee were super responsive - would definitely come back again!

We loved our stay with Lee and Courtney and would 100% stay there again if we come back to the big island. The house was sparkling clean and the view was spectacular! We loved the private pool downstairs. Great location close to everything, 30 mins to captain cook south, 30 mins to the airport and beautiful beaches like Koa bay, 5 minutes from Da Poke Shack and a Safeway which was super convenient. The quiet hours are pretty early (9 pm to 8 am) so we had to be careful but it also means that the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious (especially the master bedroom!) and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to use the snorkeling gear, body boards, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, it really made our trips to the beach much more enjoyable. Cooking at the house was also very pleasant, and we used the outdoor grill almost every day. It was great to know the ac was available even though we didn’t end up using it because the house was nice and cool. We didn’t have any issue with mosquitos which might be thanks to the repellant or the high altitude (or both) but was very appreciated. Courtney and Lee were extremely nice, super accommodating, always responded immediately and catered to our every need. We had a fabulous time and absolutely recommend it to anyone who is considering it!

Pool area and patio were fairly well secluded from neighbours. Renters on the lower level were quiet and out of sight. Perfect for 2 or 3 couples and extremely well priced compared to other properties in the area. Inexpensive Uber rides to restaurants and markets downtown speaks volumes about the location. Definitely would recommend this beautiful home to anyone considering renting it, you won't be disappointed.

Wow, where to start. Thank you for providing a true dream home for our Hawaiian getaway. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other beautiful homes. When I walked through the front door, I knew I had made the perfect choice. The house was sparkling clean and had everything I needed for our trip. The fully stocked kitchen even included a crock pot, rice maker and blender (which we used a lot!). The sunsets from the lanai are truly incredible. The home encompasses an open floor plan which flows beautifully from the kitchen and living room to the lanai which has outdoor teak dining table and a comfortable outdoor couch and even side chairs that reclined. The outdoor area of the house was just as well thought out as the inside. The pool featured a covered seating area, pool toys snorkel gear and a hot tub. The Ohana (apartment) tenants were extremely friendly and we only saw them twice throughout our stay. It was like they were not even there. The master bedroom had a walk-in closet with a gorgeous jacuzzi tub and walk in shower with optional waterfall. The master bed was extremely comfortable and you can see the ocean while lying in bed, luxurious! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an upscale home for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. The house was an incredible value and close to everything.
