Calming place to stay after a week of sight seeing.

The property was excellent. Easy walk to uptown Sedona. Nice garden area to enjoy morning coffee. It’s small but had everything you needed. Would definitely stay there again.

You can walk to uptown in just a few minutes. We walked to our Pink Jeep tour. There is a beautiful hiking trail just down the street a ways. Very comfortable bed to rest up in after all the activities. Had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very walkable to all the stores and shops. The owner, who lives on property, was really nice and accommodating. The unit was small but cozy and had everything we needed. Sedona is a beautiful city, but everything closes VERY early so don’t plan on anything after 5:00. Even the restaurants close at dinnertime. We thought this was weird. Just plan on eating early!!

The room was pleasant, clean and full of great information about Sedona and its history. Situated at the top of downtown Sedona it was easy to access hikes, shopping and dining.

Location was perfect, we we're able to park our car & walk everywhere in Uptown. Great local restaurants, shops and brewery just around the corner. The unit was clean, cute and had eveything we could possibility need. Amazing views from the huge outdoor patio made the morning coffee and evening beverages even better!

These Hosts dotted every I and crossed every T. There are several binders in the room with tourist information, menus and maps! The room is cozy and quiet in a location close to many restaurant's and shopping (close enough for walking for many people). It also has a designated parking spot steps away from the room. The room also has a large walk in shower with plenty of towels. Plus our hosts were kind enough to leave a anniversary card for my husband and I!

Hosts cleverly fit all necessary items into a small small. It was very comfortable. Loved the fountain at the entrance

location was great. a owner provided a binder that was very helpful. included bikes were not in great shape and the overall property was a little cheesy with plastic plants, gnomes, angles in trees, etc... but in our book location is really important.

Check-in was super easy- owners emailed the door lock code. Room was ample, comfortable, bath clean and shower great- fridge and coffeemaker. Notebooks in room with most of the area resturants/activities listed. Lovely private courtyard with grill AND firepit for guest use- you don't get that at a motel !! Checkout easy: sent text saying "TY we have checked out". Will definitely stay again if in the Sedona area !

Sam and Linda wanted us to be comfortable. It had snowed 10 inches the night before we arrived and Sam was busy shoveling when we arrived. The room is close to town, and just big enough for two people.

The information provided was very helpful to get around Sedona. The owners genuinely wanted to make sure that things were going well.

My husband and I came for Run Sedona the location was great for getting around downtown and to all the sights. Would recommend staying here!

Very good communication with hosts. Room very clean. Location a few minutes from uptown Sedona shopping & restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of info on both room and the area presented in binders. Informative plaques in the room so no need to bumble thru anything. Hosts give you your privacy but we all agreed to say goodbye when we left and they were very nice. They live upstairs and we never heard any noise. We stayed 6 nights and the room was big enough for us as we were up early and out all day long. Keurig coffee maker, dorm room frig, and a microwave. Worked great for us.

Listing is represented well. However would be helpful to have a motion sensor exterior light to read the numerical door key lock during night. I needed to switch my eye glasses and use my phone flashlight to read, however anyone younger would have no issue.

The Uptown Sedona House is the place to stay for convenience and affordability. We walked to town to eat, shop, and explore. Numerous trailheads are close by for hiking. The Jim Thompson and Bell Rock trailheads were our favorites. Linda and Sam greeted us and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our room was well-equipped and had outdoor space for relaxing as well. We enjoyed our Sedona stay.

Comfortable room with very nice courtyard. Linda and Sal seemed so nice, wish there had been time for a coffee/drink with them. Convenient location, clean and felt like home.

What I really loved about staying here was the tranquil feeling of being in the heart of Sedona, yet with a non-touristy experience. The location is very close to the restaurants, trails and attractions. The hosts provide bicycles which we used to bike to lunch and dinner - such fun! The patio is a sanctuary to enjoy morning coffee and evening campfire. The hosts are very friendly and attend to every detail. The gentle sound of the water feature set a nice atmosphere as well. We loved staying here and highly recommend it to all of you!

Getting access to the door code from the internet was difficult. You had to do if before you arrived because we didn't have access to internet. That was not made clear enough to me.

This was our first visit to Sedona and could not have picked a better place to stay! Perfect location, comfortable and cozy. Easy walk to town with off street parking spot. Great hosts and adorable property. Highly recommend.

Just what we were looking for

Sam was a wonderful host at his comfortable and cozy unit. The bed was comfortable, and the shower/bathroom was great! We did not use the provided bicycles due to lack of time, but Sam prepared the fire pit for a lovely campfire evening with his supplied blankets. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Linda, but Sam was helpful as we hiked, and walked around the Sedona area. Great location to browse uptown Sedona. Highly Recommended!

Owners were very responsive and helpful. This place was a great find. Less than half mile walk to Sedona Arts Center. Great restaurants and beautiful views of Sedona's famous rock mountains accessible within a 1 mile walking radius. Used tour groups and busses for trips further out around town. Shuttle from PHX Airport meant I did not need to rent a car. Liked all the little attention to detailed, charming, thoughtful and quality products provided with this property rental. I could not have asked for anything better. Fit well with my daily outings and great restful sleep at night. Felt very safe with owners living on site. Thanks again to Linda and her husband. I felt blessed to have met you and enjoyed greatly your homeaway creation.
