-Size of the villa was true to the pictures. Very spacious! - Furniture and decor was nice - Facilities were good including pool and jets - View was amazing - The villa was clean. Cleaners came twice within 7 days - air con was great - Great job on the birthday decorations and rhe private chef was fantastic such a good price - in villa massages were fantastic best massage I've had! And great price - WhatsApp group created on arrival to discuss excursions and plans -Cinema was fantastic great speakers - Games area was great - complementary pick up OR drop off to airport (airport was 12 minutes away which was great) - kitchen was well equipped! - over all great experiences. Taxis weren't too expensive. It's 15/20 minutes from the strip. - The sprinter was really nice that came to pick us up as part of the taxi service

- one central switch for aircon and lights would be good as there are so many. Easier to turn off when leaving. - lift wasn't working - minor stains on cushions and cutlery could have been cleaner - would be nice if gym was closer felt abit far away we assumed it was inside the villa - Maybe a manual or guide o how to use things like the coffee machine and connect to speakers would be good - insects and bugs galore as we were high up in forestation no fault of the villa - the battery in the remote for the projector in the cinema kept falling out. - the games room kitchen area could be equipped abit more saves you having to go up to main kitchen - ice machine on the freezer would be nice

The property was spacious and well-equipped, the complex as a whole was also great, the staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, fantastic gym, We loved the pools which were never busy, always sun loungers available, it only 5 minute by car to get Choeng Mon beach itself is so family friendly, lovely restaurants, few shops and beautiful beach - everything you need for a great holiday!

Samui Sunsets — Absolutely Amazing Experience!!! Just returned from our Samui summer holiday, staying at Samui Sunsts Luxury Villas and Villa Sundance, and our family made some absolute memories of a lifetime. I can’t say this too lightly! We were welcomed by the villa staff Khun Rada and Jum from the minute we arrived until the minute we arrived at the villa… and we were always taken care of. Staff is there but respects your privacy. It's a great place to stay for families, children and friends-- clean and tidy, very friendly staff, had absolutely no troubles and tons of help to make it great. The ocean and sunset views are absolutely incredible every day! Breakfast was super: a variety of fresh fruit, breads, juices, eggs and some Asian selections… delicious and high quality! Our children loved the infinity seaview pool as it was big enough for all the family to hang out together and enjoy the scenery! The sunset views, day after day, were absolutely top notch and we got a ton of photos to share!! It was a nice quiet area in Plai Laem in the northeast of Koh Samui, only about 15mins away from the airport, and next to the Ritz-Carlton, with Choengmon, Melati and Samrong beaches all close by. Chaweng or Fisherman’s Village is a short 15min taxi away to the restaurants, CocoTams, Greenlight Cafe for Friday night Salsa, or just a stroll on the quiet beach. The villa managers arranged free transport to several beaches if needed and we had a chance to kayak and paddle boarded too at sunset which was absolutely magical. On our last night, we brought in a private chef for a stunning seafood BBQ before saying goodbye and it was a perfect ending for our family’s stay. Such a great holiday in a gorgeous villa on a beautiful island! We will definitely return to Samui and stay in Samui Sunsets and Villa Sundance for sure.
