The place needs a ton of maintenance. The beds are all very uncomfortable and on the verge of breaking. All the dressers are a little broken. The couches are very sunken in and the covers pretty gross. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't open when it is run. And the microwave vent cover fell off and hit my head on our first use. Hardwood floor had gaps and spaces - not well done and getting in rough shape. Eavestrough at the back door was down in two pieces with very sharp medal exposed that I had to watch my kids around very carefully. And lots of screws exposed in the wall I assume where art once hung? Just not well kept at all.
For cleanliness my only issue was dust. The vents were really gross. And the loft was really bad for dust. We didn't use it.
Very disappointed for the amount we payed.

Unit is walking distance to blue Mountain Village. Very clean. Some furniture a little worn but all functional. Nice view of mountain.

This property was conveniently close to the village but it was poorly maintained. The furniture was damaged and carpet and showers not properly cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this rental property

The location is great. The rooms is large. There are 3 BR with 3 bathrooms. It is good for large family or a group of friends to stay.

The location of this property is perfect. The accommodations were for the most part comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was available. The property does need some updating but nothing major. I would stay with my family again.

Property looked good from the photos but the reality was a little different. Alot of things were either broken, loose, or damaged. The floor boards must have been repaired by a novice because there were sections with huge gaps causing trip-ups. Exhaust in the Master bdrm would not turn off once it was turned on. Kitchen faucet was loose and ready to fall off. One of the beds was extremely wobbly and can collapse at any time. Furniture was stained with God-knows what.
Property is close and can be real nice if only it can be maintained properly and the mentioned items addressed. I took detailed video and photos of everything should that be required.

This place was spotless, had all the things we needed to relax and enjoy our time. It was so spacious and well laid out that the 6 of us could all enjoy some alone time. The pool was just a few units away. Lots of room out back for the kids to run and play. Could not have had a better stay.

Clean and amazing space
First time I book a place like this and do not regret it, the place was clean and spacious for the family and the kids loved thw bunk beds and the kitchen was well equipped. I can't wait to be back in the summer time.

Family home experience
We were initially apprehensive to go ahead with the booking because of other reviews - like lumpy beds and mould complaints. We called in and let vacasa know, and they immediately raised necessary actions making an effort to let us know the details and updates of improvements made to the house. It’s been a great stay for four days. All utensils and glassware is available for use. Three full functional bathrooms. One of the rooms has additional beds with a bunk bed, and an extra pull-out bed. The village is just a three minute walk away.

Do not stay here
This property is in desperate need of attention. A last minute change from the property management company ended up in a terrible two night escape. From the mould all over the shower curtain, to the bed that dipped in the middle and sounded like it was about to snap, all the flies when we arrived or the pipes that ratted all night…. I could keep going. Basically keep looking, don’t stay here.

My stay here was really great! The home was clean, tidy, and spacious and the location was perfect! It was a 5 min walk into the village which was very convenient and exactly what I wanted. 5 star for this place!!

Very good area and neighbourhood
Hassle free check in and check out, everything is the way it is portrayed online and me and my friends had a great time. Only complaint would be the very dirty appliances (inside oven, grill, dryer filter).

BlueMountain condo
Overall it was good. The beds were quite uncomfortable except the one in the loft. Likely due COVID the confusion over swimming pool key was frustrating. The instructions regarding parking also was not accurate

Very nice place
I really spent well in this place. It was very clean and cosy. Only one thing the mattress was so uncomfortable that everyone complained about that. But overall score is 8 to me. Even the mattress was not comfortable I wish to use this place in the future.
The BBQ grill was not working and someone came to solve the problem and he was really gentle and nice. I was very impressed how he engaged with my concern.I told him that I will write a nice review for him but he said "Thank you. But I'm just doing my work." I was more impressed about this word!!
And it is also very nice to have a backyard.

Very outdated and well cleaned.
The location is great, but the condo is extremely outdated. Kitchen was likely last updated in the early 90’s. Bed and other furniture broken. Place was not well cleaned. Floor was dirty and beds extremely dusty. Would not stay again.

everything was set up as described . its like a home away from home. The kitchen has all you need to prepare food. Smooth check-in and check out. will definitely recommend friends.

Great weekend at Blue Mountain
We had a very nice time. The location was nice and close for what we wanted to do. The condo was nice the floors were in pretty rough shape and the stripes between the the doors were not even attached and the kids tripped a few times. All in all it was very nice.

Great place. For me it is 9/10. Clean and also anything you need is prepared, just like regular hotel with kitchen and all other stuff in the kitchen. Me and family (8 people in total) fits there. Great for big family because there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and huge dining table. Make sure to save the correct contact number just in case you need something when you get there, because I remembered I had to find the right number to contact the front desk to ask something, and it was not easy because so many numbers were given.

The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every utensil you could imagine and there were even games and dvds. The only draw back was we were under the impression that the property had it's own hot tub, this was in fact a shared facility across the street. Overall, a good stay.
