The room location was directly looking on to the pool
The pool was freezing
The self catering facilities were minimal
The properties ( kitchens and bathrooms) need updating.

Lovely, large apartment. Really good lay out and nice balcony area.
Nothing really but it is a 25 minute walk to the beaches of either Puerto Rica or Amadores - €5 by cab. That said, there’s a large bar/restaurant area a short walk away.

Moved to here from a villa in the north which was freezing! Everything big spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, we could move the 3rd bed into the lounge and still had masses of room. Netflix/prime TV, enough cutlery it was all Great.
It was all great although a balcony in the sun would have been amazing.

The pool area was nice and the view
Beds cold and damp in the mornings hardly no sun came around until late afternoon shower cubical was mouldy group of rowdy men next door threw a bottle of water over our balcony and just missed my head told reception I was moving 2 days early as I had found somewhere else as the rooms were damp And my daughters asthma was bad threw the damp and she said enjoy your stay at the riosol then I just wasn't happy overall

The apartments are good size and balcons as well. Staff nice.
All balcons face north west so hardly any sun for us from the north escaping cold and dark winter months. Probably ok in the summer, when weather in Canaries is warmer.

you could walk to puerto rico centre if your fit but but walking back up is out of the question. but having a full shopping centre and taxi rank right there it's easy get a 4 euro taxi to the beach or centre

Lovely large apartments overlooking pool, Basic no frills. staff was very friendly, Juan was a brilliant cook at the poolside bar, good prices for food and drink. All the grounds well maintained and spotless.
Apartments 5 mins stroll to Europa centre where numerous bars and restaurants are.
Apartments are peaceful and just what we needed for a chilled time.
Unfortunately, our bed sheets or towels were not changed during the 8-night stay, not sure if there were staffing issues, but this would not put me off returning.

Location was great, it was very quiet at night and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The apartment is a great size, very clean and the balcony was a good size too with nice views.
The pool is absolutely not heated! We jumped out quicker than we jumped in and ended up paying to go to the beach club pool so that we could play in a heated pool with my daughter which ended up costing more over the week than we had paid for the apartment.

Balcony always sunny in the afternoon and evenings. Nice view of the sea. Close to shopping centre. Two swimming pools and fenced swimming pools for children.
We were happy with everything, maybe later check out time would be helpful.

- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Nice location. A nice walk down to the beach in the morning and a short taxi ride back up. Close to restaurants at night.
- Helpful with airport transfer.
- Big apartment.
- Quiet at night.
- Big area outside with sun beds and pool.
- We have been here many times and would like to come back again.
- Only sun on half the balcony in the afternoon.
- No cleaning because of Covid-19 restrictions, new towels two times during a week.
- The drinks in the pool bar.

Lovely place to stay, convenient location and only a short taxi ride to town. This was our third visit. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
Quiet and peaceful around the pool.
Property needs updating, some of the furniture is looking a little shabby and the kitchen is showing signs of age/wear and tear.
Each bed needs 2 pillows each and extra blankets.
The heated pool needs a little more heat.

Good, quite location close to shopping centre and with a brilliant view. Spacy appartment. Heated pool.
Kitchen is only sparsely equiped. A car is a must! Wifi is not included and is relatively costly.

Large spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave and a coffee machine. Cleaning products too.
Only 2 rings- no oven.
Another comfy chair in the lounge would have been good.
