Perfect four nights in the Marina Suites - highly recommend upper 9 floor with sea and port view. Spacious clean rooms with daily cleaning & towels. Lovely helpful reception staff(especially Jan), fabulous facilities&side bar ,delicious breakfast and superb infinite pool.

Maybe a bit of entertainment in the evening but perhaps they do in peak season

- spacy rooms with great views - beautiful pool area and infinity pool - close to the beach and lots of restaurants around - very good breakfast - lots of entertainment

- parking is paid only in cash in different place, it is inconvenient - the village is overcrowded and full of concrete

The property is very well maintained and clean. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed having a big bedroom and a living room/kitchen to relax in the evening. The kid’s club hours were limited (mid November) and staff was excellent! Both restaurants were very nice - the poolside bar for lunch was casual and had a lot of options. The formal restaurant for evening was definitely pricy but very good! The views are stunning!

The location was in the marina and we did not find the restaurants in the area very good. Ultimately after a week of trying we wished we had just eaten at the restaurant in our resort more!

Very clean & chic hotel, well run & maintained in a beautiful + quiet location with good gym, daily morning seaside excercise classes, lovely staff, lots of welcome activities. Rooms with balconies on ocean view are worth the extra for the romantic sunsets each day and luxury feel. The beachside pool area is to die for. Fits adults only and families equally well with combination of privacy and organised activities. Given this description, the clientele were respectful of the hotel ambience, and we loved it. 10/10.

location , room was very spacious which was great when you have kids. fantastic view of the sea and harbour . pool was amazing

nothing to complain about really . The only annoyance was the bin collocation outside the premises . Bins were collected at 2am and 5 am done mornings.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! the views were exceptional. From check in to check out the staff were brilliant, so kind and professional! Particularly when we spoke to them about staying extra nights as our flight had been cancelled! They also offer late check out well in to the evening for €50 which is great with the late night flights! The breakfast, the food at the pool bar and the drinks were of great selection and fresh! and pretty cheap which made it all the better! The entire hotel was spotlessly clean with cleaners always on hand to mop up any mess left behind! And finally, the pool….the most beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea/marina. There was never a problem getting a sun bed no matter the time we arrived down at and plenty of umbrellas and day beds available if we needed to seek salvation from the sun! This was my first trip to Marina Suites and Gran Canaria, but it definitely won’t be my last! And I most certainly will be telling everyone who’ll listen that they HAVE to come here!

The ONLY downside in comparison to how fabulous this hotel is, was the lifts. 3 lifts for 9 floors often meant a small wait, but if you can manage the stairs it’s no problem at all!

No Bar open at good times to just get coffees/ drinks etc . Very little night dining or entertainment Found it noisy at times - Staff need to tell noisy people to be quiet after hours

Apartment was beautiful. The whole complex was spotless. Beds extremely comfortable and staff lovely and friendly. Location is perfect.

Had breakfast on one occasion and it wasn’t as good as other places. Was still okay but had nicer throughout the week.

The beds were comfortable, could get sun-beds at the pool at any time of the day.

The adults only section only had hot tubs, would of been nice for an adults only pool. The majority of the sun-beds were 4 sun-beds under 1 umbrella, was difficult to get 1 umbrella between 2 sun-beds.
