Beautiful location, well equipped house. Could have had a few less weeds in the garden.

This home was perfect for our two families! Plenty of space, a large kitchen, and beautiful views of Lake Erie from the porch. It was a short, easy drive to cedar point, and is close enough to grocery stores and restaurants to feed the group. We would certainly stay here again!

Great stay. Had a great time! Property was as described and it was amazing being on the water. Only negatives were the lack of railings (none outside to water and outside deck) and no railing on the last 5 steps coming down from the second floor. The private beach area also is difficult to get to as the bottom step was > 3ft from the beach. We were traveling with a group that had 2 year olds to 85 year olds, so random safety concerns that mattered to us probably would not affect most groups. Would definitely recommend though and still give the whole property 5 stars as a whole!

This property was perfect for our group of eight ladies from Cincinnati, Ohio, We loved the location and being right on the lake. The views were wonderful and the home was beautiful as well. We loved having three full-size bathrooms and the kitchen was fabulous. The large dining table was great for our group as we love to play cards and games and everyone could be seated together for meals. We will definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again and will recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time! House is amazing! Spacious and more than room for all of us. The entire house is great, but the enclosed porch is where we spent most of our time! We plan on coming back next year!

Don’t even know where to begin! Beautiful spacious home, clean and gave great beach vibes. Had everything we needed and then some! Great location with full views of the lake from just about every room. Plenty to do and see in the area. Although it rained the 2nd day, we really enjoyed watching the waves roll in which made for a great day/night of home cooked meals, games, movies and quality time spent with great friends. Jonathon was the perfect host, very responsive and accommodating- no complaints at all! Looking forward to booking again each year with both family and friends. Thanks for the experience!

Jonathon’s house is beautiful! The kitchen is large, two sinks, table seating for ten. We were not in need of any appliances! The microwave, toaster, etc., are top notch! It was very clean! Beautiful lake view! We all enjoyed it very much! Jonathon responds quickly, should you have a question!

This house is beautiful and the views can't be beat. The host was very responsive and helpful any time we needed anything. Had to keep a close eye on the kids due to the drop off to the lake but we knew that going in and the views made it worth it. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything as stated except gas fireplace did not work but they have a wood one out front. Kitchen and appliances are amazing! Very well stocked kitchen. The beds were ALL comfy!! You are right on the water with beautiful views. Access to water is available from another entrance just not right out front. Whomever rents this will be a “Happy Camper”

We had 12 adults and one toddler stay at this house for a week. We all agreed it was awesome! It was even better than described. The upstairs bedrooms had beautiful views of the lake. And it was nice to have a first floor bedroom for those who couldn't climb stairs easily. We made use of an air mattress they supplied for two of our group. There was so much room! The owner put a lot of thought into what is needed to make your stay great. There were power strips in all the bedrooms to plug up phones, etc that needed charging. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, paper goods, seasonings, etc. The refrigerator was large enough to hold all our food, which was important because we cooked big meals each night. There was room at the large table for all. The garage had all kinds of water toys and outdoor items we could use, including cushions for the outdoor chairs. The bathroom had soap, shampoos, hair dryers, and there were plenty of towels. Although there was no beach right at the house, beaches were very close by. And sitting out by the lake, or in the back in the shade was delightful. There are also fire pits in the front and back. And the wrap around enclosed airconditioned porch...Wow! It was one our favorite features! Some people slept out there, others painted or read out there, and some just relaxed looking at the lake. We also enjoyed the location. We travelled between Vermillion and Sandusky often to shop or grab a bite to eat. Grocery stores are very close.

This beautiful, well-appointed home was great for our large group. Fantastic Lake Erie views! Kitchen was huge and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again!

We loved our stay at this house in Huron. It is a beautiful home with everything you would need! We are hoping to go back next year!

The waterfront lake house was a wonderful place to get together with family and all the views out the windows of the lake were so calming. We had a couple of issues during our stay but Jonathan was responsive and they were all manageable - none took away from our time here. Having small children staying with us made it a bit more difficult to enjoy the outside spaces since there isn't much grass or any rail along the waters edge. Overall our families experience was fantastic.

This property is clean, well maintained, and as described. Our communication with the manager/ owner was great. We used this rental as a family reunion of siblings and spouses and it was perfect for that. There's plenty of room inside and outside to gather, relax, and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed the nearby park that included pickleball and tennis courts.

This house was perfect for our trip. We loved that it was on the water. It's very private. The house itself is very comfortable with comfortable furniture and it was the perfect place to relax and spend time with family and friends.

We were in town for my fathers funeral and needed a place for our family of 11. This house was perfect! Plenty of room for the kids to play! The views are amazing! The amenities were very nice and you can tell the host Jonathan wants to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is amazing! Even though we were here for a sad time in our family, the house was good for all our souls! Would visit again in a minute!

This is the second year we have stayed here. LOVE THIS HOUSE!

As a group we have stayed in various rentals in different parts of the country. Jonathan’s home is at the top of the list. The beautiful large kitchen/dining area was our central gathering place for food,drinks, and lots of laughter. At the same time we could each find our own space among the living and porch areas. This house was very well stocked from the plethora of towels to trash bags, paper towels,etc. If we were to make one suggestion it would be clothes hooks and mirrors in the bedrooms. This minor detail in no way took away from the overall excellence of the house. You can definitely tell Jonathan wants to make his guests comfortable in a beautifully decorated home.

Beautiful property right on the water. We loved the kayak and outdoor seating. (Seawall not safe for unsupervised kids.) Kayaked to the little beach two properties down. Really nicely stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were lovely with huge showers. A few dead bugs and cobwebs upstairs but to be expected in a lake property. Wrap around porch was a highlight. House was perfect for 10 people, huge kitchen to celebrate a 70th birthday.

We regularly stay in vacation rental properties. This home was one of the very best! Jonathan has thought of EVERYTHING! It was by far the most thoroughly stocked home with plenty of dishes, storage containers, pots & pans, even sharp knives, and an assortment of spices and MORE! I couldn’t think of a single thing to add. The furniture was nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only negative, if you have small children, would be the large drop off retaining wall to the lake. For our group, this wasn’t an issue. The view was spectacular! We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an awesome property! Very well stocked and the comfort level is 5 star***** on the inside. Top of the line appliances and kitchen gathering place is perfect. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is a lot of cobwebs outside everywhere and outside gas fireplace did not work. There is a portable wood burning one in garage (we are a little spoiled). That being said it is right on the lake and I am sure that would be a daily job to keep up on that! We saw an Eagle while porch sitting and soooo relaxing!!!! It was so nice we booked again for next year!!!!

Jonathan’s home is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you would need or want for a week away. The view of the lake is breathing! We were disappointed when it rained that we didn’t get to experience a true thunderstorm on the lake.. those of us who love thunderstorms! We enjoyed watching the fish jump early in the morning and at dusk. My 4 year old granddaughter made friends with the neighbors and got them to take her to the beach the first day we got there. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We have been coming to the area for over 40 years and hands down this home met all of our needs. Far enough away from our every day lives, yet close enough to run home when needed. Being in healthcare, most of us needed this welcome break to just relax and enjoy the view! Our family had the best week ever. The place is beautiful, clean and great for a large group! The owner was Extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had and was very quick to resolve a minor issue. I would highly recommend this home to any group looking to create awesome family memories!
