A fun location next to a playground, and a very short walk to Lake Erie. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our group had a great time at Vermilion’s Main Street Beach and the Merry-Go-Round museum in Sandusky

Excellent stay.

We stayed for a weekend basketball tournament at the Cedar Point Sports Center, which is only a few miles away. House was clean and well equipped. Marcy was very accommodating and communicated clearly throughout our stay.

Our trip was excellent. We had a quick three day trip to the house with our family. The place was very clean and a great location. Fantastic little touches of hospitality spread throughout the house. The host was great at communicating before and during our trip. We had everything we needed. The lake out back was so convenient as was the park next door for the kids. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

This property is an absolute gem. We loved everything about staying here. The house is impeccably clean and cared for. Comfortable beds, wonderful kitchen and relaxing living space. The view of Lake Erie is beautiful, especially from the upper deck. Our 4yo said it best when she said "I never want to leave this house". Marcy's communication was amazing. Had the best time, would recommend to all.

Home is exactly as pictured, impeccably clean, warm and relaxing! Enough seating to have big family meals. Fire pit to enjoy with an adjoining "retro" park for kids to enjoy. Beds were comfy with lots of linens Marcy was very accommodating and genuine! Can't say enough. We will return!

This Property was perfect for our stay to play at cedar point complex. It’s also 10 min from cedar point and also kalahari. So close super clean and on the lake. Perfect lake house stay and the owner is so accommodating and sweet. Check in and out was simple. Our daughter asked if we can do it again in the summer to enjoy the property for its full potential!

Property is beautiful and very clean.. The views are amazing unfortunately the weather didn’t want us to enjoy the outdoors so we will be staying again when the weather is hopefully better.. Kitchen is well stocked for dinners in.. Marcy was very quick to respond when we had a couple of questions…

We spent the 2022 Christmas Holiday at this beautiful Huron lake home. Marcy is fantastic! She added beautiful Christmas decorations and made sure the cabin was well stocked. She also checked in on us after we expereinced bad weather. Everyone was warm and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home.

Marcy is the best host ever! Kind, sweet, and accommodating. We were able to celebrate an early Thanksgiving, and thr house had everything we needed. This was our second trip to the property, and we booked for a 3rd year! Quiet neighborhood, walks to the beach and pier at sunrise and sunset. Just a wonderful place to stay!

This was a lovely home, well-kept and ready for visitors! It had everything we needed! Direct view of the lake and lots of room for the kids to run around. We will be returning to stay again! such a great place!

From check in to check out, this property was everything we had hoped for. I would give the host a 10 star rating if I could! My family loved it also! Hope to go back next year!

The house is beautiful and right next to the lake and plenty of things to do in this area.

Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked. Excellent attention to details; everything we needed was there. Offered early check in. Loved the park right next door; grilled while watching our granddaughter play. Excellent fishing. Looking forward to returning next year. Plan to go to Cedar Point which you can see from the beach. Several local golf courses.

We were looking for a little getaway at the lake that was family friendly and this was just the place! The main floor is very spacious and great if you have a larger group or kids that need the floor space to play. There were even kids toys, beach toys, games for older kids/adults, books, and DVDs, which was a great surprise. The backyard is a park with some older playground equipment and there’s a small beach a few steps away from there. It was never crowded, maybe 1-2 groups or we were alone. The beach is rocky, but still fun for the little kids to dig and play. It’s blocked in so the waves are not crazy, which is great for swimming and for little ones walking in the water. Cedar point is a short drive away too! We will definitely be back!

The house is so beautiful and well taken care of. All the necessities are there and Marcy is super sweet. She waited for us to return so she could meet us before restocking the fire wood. This is a little slice of heaven and thank you for allowing our family to enjoy it!

Felt like home, very roomy, comfortable beds, close to the water, close to play ground for the kiddos, close to everything , pampered luxurious feel. Highly recommend this rental for your next vacation.

You know we had a great experience when your teens start talking about coming back next year! The home was immaculate and there were so many details Marcy had on hand. The house is not directly on the lake but you get an unobstructed view on the balcony complete with gliding adirondack chairs. When we first arrived, waves at the neighborhood beach made us think kids wouldn't be able to swim there. However, they calmed down the next few days and our teens spent hours out there (be CERTAIN to bring swim shoes for all who are planning to swim.) Marcy was incredibly helpful throughout the trip! You will not get a better vacation home for the price pretty much ANYWHERE. Book now! You will not be disappointed.

A day prior to booking Marcy text me and let me know that the house would be ready for an early complimentary check in if we wanted to arrive a few hours early. We took her up on this offer and it was nice to arrive and get settled early. The exterior of the house presents very well the inside is no different. Spotless clean and smelled fresh. Gas range was appreciated (as we cooked all meals at the house) and the appliances were nice. The kitchen had all we needed and the gas grill was in great shape. There is a play ground next door and our children enjoyed playing on the equipment. The beach is about 30 years aways though the backyard (you can see if from the house, which is nice if children are playing while you are at the house). The beach isn't huge but basically private and most of the time we and the neighbors in the back were the only ones using it. We met Marcy one morning as she was at the beach cleaning debris to keep it looking nice! She is local and you can feel the pride she takes in her community and her property. I honestly can't think of any negatives about the property, it was perfect for our family of 5. We won't look for any place else when we visit the area again!

Our little family group enjoyed this nicely furnished lakeside home. My granddaughter made full use of the kitchen to bake a pie and a birthday cake. Having the park next door was a plus for the school-age children. We enjoyed a variety of spring weather with the lake changing from calm to stormy and back to calm again.

This was a fantastic place to get away for the weekend. The house was fantastic, well decorated, very clean. Marcy was an amazing host. Looking to return this summer.

We had a wonderful time. Property was beautiful and exactly as described. Marcy was so kind and flexible, working with us when our trip got delayed due to snow. We loved watching the sunrise from the porch, playing on the playground, and exploring the little snowy beach. Highly recommend!
