It was close to perfect. Big deck right on the lake with plenty of seating; coffee bar with two kinds of coffee pots; bathroom with jetted tub and shower; manager very responsive; property was very clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I would make is to have a couple of grilling tools since there is a grill on the deck. We definitely would choose this property again.

The place was fantastic - pretty easy to find, no problems getting in. The place was big, with a huge master suite and lots of space to lounge. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the sun and water. Very communicative, easy to find wifi and other info, easy to know who to contact if I ran into any issues.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Nice views of the lake which offered sunset views. The location was minutes from downtown, to trails, restaurants, and shopping! All amenities were available.

Great rental-location is easy and a really good size. One of the cleanest units I’ve stayed in. Low density property so it was quiet and peaceful. Showers are a little small but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be back to this unit.

Perfection! The condo was modern, comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a fabulous lake view. Everything we needed was available. Truly enjoyed my morning coffee on the large balcony. The terrain is beautiful. There are many great restaurants that are close by. The town of Hot Springs is historic and fun. I would definitely return.

We went to Hot Springs with friends to watch the fireworks for 4th of July. Watched from our patio. Very comfortable condo with upgraded furnishings both inside and out. We will be back!

Impressed from the moment we walked in. Loved the keyless entry, the welcome gift/note and instruction/information booklet. Careful thought was put into every detail, design and provisions. We loved the beautiful view in both the living room and master bedroom. The layout is very spacious and the decoré is welcoming. It felt like a second home .We should have booked our stay longer. We did not want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rooms were very clean and confortable. The view of the lake was very nice. The elevator was a big help getting to and from the condo. The area was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting on the balconey watching the ducks and geese. We also liked looking down into the water at the fish. We had a very good time.

The condo was clean, quiet and welcoming. The elevator was a plus as our condo was on the second floor and stairs are not our friends. We will definitely request this same condo for our next stay in Hot Springs.

We stay in lots of vacation homes and this one was extremely clean, well-maintained, and loved how they set the keypad code (easy for you to remember). We love Hot Springs and try to visit at least 3 times a year. The condo was just right for us and a great place to celebrate my husband's birthday! Would definitely stay again!

I just feel in love with this condo. I loved everything about it. From the kitchen to the dining room to the living room to the master bathroom. And the master bedroom sliding door patio. I loved it. I most definitely will be staying here again!😍😍

Awesome view!
Bed a little firm but slept great! Long hair clumps in shower drains. Upstairs neighbor walks very heavy. Wifi cuts out. Toilet needs repair. Still very nice and awesome deck with view!

This was hands down the most laid back, enjoyable trip I’ve ever taken. There are plenty of places to go and things to do or just sit on that gorgeous balcony and enjoy the view. Definitely coming back.
