The room was okay. not close to whats in the pictures but ok. The staff were good too

That the picture are exaggerated. for example, there was no bath tabs as shown in the picture and the breakfast portions were so small.

The manager tried to make me pay twice even though i have paid already. Cleaners steals Money from my room. Receptionist was rude and forcing me to pay cash even though i have paid online. Manager was not professional and was Busy shouting at me in front of other clients for not making double payment even though he knew i have paid already and the Money has been debited from my card... I will not return there again.

I liked the bottles of water and the tea, coffee provided with a kettle. The TV had a few channels in English. Ac and fan kept the room cool and comfortable.

From a busy main road you have to go down a small road which is very rough and full of holes filled with water. But that didn't not spoil it for me.

Breakfast is not at the level as a hotel, I slept there four times! they have to change! Breakfast at that hotel is the same as in a lodge level and if you get to the restaurant late you will miss some varieties!

It is near a lot of shops that are walking distance that you can access after you pass through the residential area. The view upstairs in the restaurant is good and the breakfast was healthy and adequate.

The biggest problem is that the room were infested with cockroaches. I complained the second day and they moved me to a new room which also had a lot of cockroaches. They sprayed the room but still the problem was there throughout my stay. I suggest they vacate and spray the whole hotel as it might be inside the walls. I didn’t really like the location as it is inside a sketchy residential area opposite a shack-like bar and a group of people who sit outside the hotel’s gate all day every day. This one is minor but be careful about some of the employees who you pay with cash at the restaurant since some forget to give you back your change after they go to look for it. Another employee had to intervene to give me my change 2 days later.

location is good you can find everything in sinza. hotel is quite and clean, staff are very friendly and always have smiling face. AC, TV, hot water, bed is xl and very comfortable all are fine. breakfast is local but enough, I like everything, and special thx for my room upgrade 🙏

I like almost everything, only your electric generator working very noisy :)) don’t believe some bad reviews..there is no cockroach anywhere! hotel is clear and clean.

The hotel was wonderful. We got 2 suites on the top. My kids enjoyed well. Service was also quick and nice. We was at home. We got everything we wanted. I will like to come back and stay longer.

The area's, the place behind hotel was not good. The road was also bad. To go out in night without car is dangerous, I think.

There is no lift although it has a 4 floors Also when I changed the room from suite to a standard room not giving the free bottle of water but in my case I asked them and they did provide me I thanks them for that The breakfast was not that good very simple but I think they can improve to be bater than that The room service to clean the room not 24 hours from morning till 3 or 4 pm that what I remember.

The hotel is situated in a convenient place, the staff were so friendly, we arrived very late in the evening and we were picked by the driver as a complimentary package since we were staying for 4 days. The restaurant is located in the roof top with cool breeze,their food and breakfast was so sweet. Thanks to Janet the receptionist she was so charming and ready to help ,infact she recommended for us several places to visit which was extremely amazing and also checking in over the weekend we had a nice evening place to chill out recommended by her. Thanks to hatua he was also ready to help ,he recommended for us a place we can have different types of meals around sinza area .

The wifi had an issue which was sorted out later,, they need to work out on their drainage sytem in the bathroom.
