Had a wonderful time with my family. Everyone enjoyed the location near the beach and all the attractions in Ocean City Md. Our rental property in Key Largo was beautiful, with spacious rooms and very well maintained.

Clean and up-to-date condo. A lot of open space for large group to spread out. Excellent location in town not near the large hotel resorts. Kitchen well stocked for cooking but bring a knife sharpener. Electric stove top not working well. Burners inconsistent and hard to control heat. Beds are comfortable. I would stay at this location again.

Key Largo 101 is a great place as it is within walking distance to the beach and has ample parking. Walking distance to many restaurants and for those to enjoy Seacrets and some other night time spots. We enjoyed our stay at this location. Thank you.

The location is great for walking to the beach. We also really appreciated the covered parking. The great room is really large and had plenty of seating. The leather couches in it have probably seen better days though and are ready for replacement. Also, it wasn’t readily apparent in the listing details there is no shower in one of the King primary bedrooms, only a tub. Upon reading closer I see that it does only list a hand wand. It wasn’t a big deal for us because there are plenty of bathrooms but thought I’d mention. The property managers were excellent. Very responsive and quick.

The condo looked the same as the pictures. It was plenty big enough for 11 adults. We had an issue with the door code, but was quickly resolved. The owners were quick to respond to questions. The only real issue we had during our stay was that 2 of the bedroom TVs didn’t work. Overall really nice place and a great location.

This is a great property for groups and a close walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for family meals.
After an initial issue with a broken water heater and a broken stove burner, which were resolved fairly quickly, the rest of our visit was very enjoyable, capped off with a family movie night of Jaws.

We were very impressed with the property. It is hard to find a five bedroom condo with such a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked for us to cook large dinners for our entire family. Their was ample seating for dining or just relaxing the the living room. Having three assigned spaces was amazing and the elevator was great for my aging father. The location can't be beat, steps away from the beach and within walking distance to the top three beach bars. Management was very responsive. We had a little clog in one of the bathroom sinks and they came out the next morning to resolve. We would love to stay here again next summer!

Great location and plenty of room for all the guests. Beach access was awesome. The ice makr was a surprise bonus. Only negative was the hot water. Great in the Master Bedroom but all other rooms plus the kitchen especially, would take 5 minutes or more to get warm. Kitchen sink water especially.

The only problem we had was checking in. The cleaning crew never showed up until we were to check in at 3:00 so we never got in our room until around 4:00. Other than that our vacation went great.

This was a beautiful unit! We had plenty of space for all 11 of us. The kitchen was SO well supplied we didn't lack a thing...and even a separate ice machine! All in all our vacation was great.

Great Place For Family Fun
The owners of this property were quick to answer and were a pleasure to work with . Their place is spacious and provided our large group with the opportunity to make wonderful memories together. The location to the beach and food places was a plus also. The cleaning crew needs to spend more time deep cleaning (ac filter, base boards, floors, kitchen and bathrooms, etc.) and the end parking spot was a little tricky but these were not owners fault. Overall , we would definitely recommend this beautiful place and we are so glad we found it!!!Thank you!

Great group accommodations
Large condo. Great midtown location. Need own beach chairs, towels, etc. No parking issues (this was early in season, note limited street parking only on one side). I would recommend bringing own linens and towels as the rental linens were fairly basic.

Big place and great location
Great location! Literally on the same block as the beach. Really big space. The only thing I didn’t like although it was said upfront was the lack of linens included. You can add them for a fee but that adds up quickly when you have a lot of people. We just brought our own towels and sheets. Just don’t forget kitchen and bathroom towels otherwise you’ll be dripping on your way back out to get a paper towel. Other than that, the place was great!

Perfect Floor Plan and Layout for Groups
Spacious, well-furnished space that allows spending time together indoors. Great proximity to grocery, restaurants, activities and beach is 3 min outside your door. Ample parking ad the covered parking and elevator made everything easy. Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday here and would definitely consider coming back.

This condo is in a great location! The boardwalk was a little farther away than I thought but that was ok because the beach was not crowded where we were at. It was very peaceful in the condo and there was plenty of room. When we got to the condo and used the code to unlock the door, it did not work. However, I called Steve and he gave me a new code right away and it worked!

Had trouble checking in, the code provided did not work. Maintenance came due to a perious leak in a bathroom and has to install fan. Otherwise nice stay.
