Not a large condo but very clean and comfortable. The view from deck every morning is amazing.

Quiet peaceful with great views and trails close by. Condo is obviously well cared for. Come to this area every year and will look for this property again.

The condo is exactly as it was pictured and described. Peaceful and so comfy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We had an issue with the key fob for the pool & hot tub and not getting wash cloths, but the owner resolved it. We would look forward to staying there again.

I would stay here again if they waived the cleaning fee and I could come in and clean it myself. It is very nicely decorated. Short walk to Main St. and marina and the trail to Breck and Copper Mt was steps away. Three big hot tubs. There is construction right beside you and banging going on all day, but we only heard it when we were in the condo…. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony in the morning with the clanging and pounding. But all in all it was ok. Also No AC but it cooled off quickly with the door open, but did I mention the hammering?

All in all, great property with a lot of space. It was just my husband and I staying, but there is plenty of room to bring the kids, if needed. The condo was clean and the owner was quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again, as we love Frisco and the central location to activities in Summit Co.

Nice and cozy. Cleanliness was not great but not terrible. Kitchen floor was sticky, bathroom sink was not clean, but I still would stay there again. One of the slats in the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, however, there were curtains we could close. The bed skirt was also torn on the left side of the bed, which was surprising (it had been tucked in so didn’t notice it at first). The view was gorgeous and very quiet. I would still stay again. Super easy to get to and a beautiful, quiet retreat.

Pretty much a guesthouse. Great size. Excellent view from the balcony. Location allows walking eaily to downtown shopping and one can cook there, warm up. etc. Loft allows at least four people comfortably. All stay needs appear to have been considered for people to explore surrounding area area and cities and hiking.

Great condo!!! Very clean and well-stocked with EVERYTHING you might need! Loved the pool and oversized outdoor hot tubs in the clubhouse! Perfect for our ski weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and liked the location. It is a quiet condo complex on the edge of town and our balcony had a peaceful view of the mountains. The condo was very well equipped. Having stayed in VRBO properties in the past, they thought of everything! Extra towel bars in the bathroom, plenty of hooks to hang things, luggage holders in the bedroom, well stocked kitchen, supplied dishwasher detergent, paper towels, sponges, coffee filters, etc. so we didn't have to run out and buy a bunch of stuff during our stay.

Excellent trip! Perfect location close to downtown, friendly atmosphere around the area!

My daughter and I loved this beautiful condo in the mountain town of Frisco. It was clean and decorated well, very cozy. She loved the loft upstairs. I loved the beautiful, updated kitchen, which was well appointed, too. I really appreciated that there was at least a starter amount of things like paper towels and dish soap and coffee filters, etc. There were basic supplies for cooking, too, though we didn’t cook this time, lol. The stairs were a bit of a challenge, in the altitude, and we are from Mississippi, Ike 300ft above sea level, soooo I also didn’t realize there was no AC, which is probably quite common in Colorado, but they were having their version of a heat wave during our stay, and it was pretty warm that first night with the doors and windows closed. After that it was just fine. The area is so cool, too. Lots of outdoorsy things to do and see. Overall, we really loved it!

Our family loved this condo.... thank you for hosting us! The kids especially loved the loft area and the kitchen was great. Bringing all our belongs up three stories was not too fun, so try to pack light... 😉

My Daughter described this place as the best place we have ever stayed in. From location to views, to indoor ambiance and awesome kitchen. We enjoyed every moment we spend together there. We all look forward to visiting again, hopefully in the near future.

Manager was great. Location was great. 3rd floor location may be hard to handle if you must carry luggage/food to the place.

We had a pleasant stay here. Master bedroom gets warm but if you have the window open that helps a lot. Loved the view off the balcony. We even saw 2 moose walking through the neighborhood!

Great location, felt safe, and very comfortable.

Fantastically easy rental process which we were thrilled to find after weeks of looking around the area. Always knew we wanted Frisco and excited when this one popped up. Yes...the third floor is rough but it helps you get your steps in and the loft is an amazing asset to the home that others don’t have. Everything was as advertised. The pool was a little cool but the outdoor hot tubs made up for it. Plenty of cooking gear, gas fireplace was perfect to have those picturesque mornings and afternoons following a day on the mountain. If you have the EPIC pass stay here. Easy access to all the great mountains in the area and a quaint town to get into after skiing. Oh, and the heated bathroom floor wins the day!

Absolutely loved this condo! Family of 5 , with 3 teenagers. Each had their own bed upstairs with the bunk/ trundle set up and mom and dad had the king bed downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, condo was super clean and the kitchen was incredibly stocked with lots of pans, pots, small appliances. There is even a crockpot and George Fireman grill, This is our third year to stay in Frisco. We love the quaint town and it’s proximity to CopperMountain. Wonderful experience, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Christmas week 2019 We had a fantastic stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed . It is in a great location for adventures. The owners were very prompt in answering a couple questions we had upon check-in and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. We even saw moose on the trail just behind the condo!

We always love staying at the Mountainside Condo complex. The amenities there are awesome. We spent time in the hot tubs every night after skiing. This was our first time staying in this particular condo and it was great! Yes, it is on the 3rd floor, and the air is thin there, but we found it to not be a big issue. In fact, it was worth the climb to not have noise of upstairs neighbors and to get the bonus loft sleeping space. The kids loved playing with all the board games. We even had our FIRST ANNUAL CONNECT FOUR FAMILY TOURNAMENT! We will try to book this unit again in the future. It is great and I highly recommend it. Finally, don't overlook the value of garage parking. It was so nice not to have to deal with the snow and ice on the windows each morning.

Clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of Summit County. My kids loved the loft and I loved the kitchen. It was well arranged and organized for the size of condo. Definitely a favorite for these VRBO frequent flyers!

My family and I had a great time at this property! The beds were all comfy and the kitchen and fireplace were easy navigate. Got to Breck in 29 minutes with terrible snow conditions. We’ll be back for sure

Location and amenities were great, Condo well appointed with games, puzzles, DVDs and kitchen well stocked with small appliances and oils, spices, etc.

Right between Keystone and Breckenridge, with anything you might need available in Frisco. Thoroughly impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Super cozy, and comfortably slept everyone. Eric was very accommodating, a great host!
