The Nest was wonderful! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family our vacation. It was clean, really well-stocked, and had amazing views of the Gulf from the living room, front deck, and primary suite upstairs. Loved starting/ending the day on the deck. The luggage elevator was a huge help. The area is close to supplies/groceries and also activities/restaurants in Gulfport. Highly recommend the Ship Island Excursion as the beaches are better for swimming there. The only negative is the road in front of the house. There can be quite a bit of road noise and cars going fast, but not so busy that you can’t cross to the beach. Would not prevent us from renting again as the benefits of the house and location far outweigh the road issue.

The location was just as advertised, and we enjoyed a laid back several days beach front. Really enjoyed the accommodations and the family was able to have a relaxing couple of days. It was great to wake up and close out the day looking out to the gulf from our porch.

The property was fantastic! Just a walk across the road to the beach! They even had beach towels and beach toys to use. Easy drive to lots of different amenities. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The elevator was very handy to use, the entire space was set up well and clean.

Our stay at The Nest was Wonderful and perfect for a little getaway while enjoying a soccer tourney in the area. From check-in to check-out everything was great. This home has so much to offer, including being comfy cozy along with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The porch is a great spot to start your morning and end your night, the view is Stunning! They even offered a personal touch and the Hosts were fantastic! We will be back!

We had a nice trip. Nice location, we played a little golf, did some shopping. Clean area, friendly people and beautiful accommodations. Will be back.

This place was amazing. Beautiful, clean, just as listed. Literally my only complaint was not having an emergency contact or an easier way to contact the owners other than VRBO (never received a number to call/text/communicate). We arrived at 1am (delayed due to travel), it was somewhat confusing on the GPS which home it was as there is a similar home right down the street which is where the GPS lead me. I panicked when I couldn't access the property (this was MY fault as I was at the wrong place). Just having a contact number is important if issues arise. I would ABSOLUTELY STAY here again. This place is amazing. We had a nice little welcome basket with a bottle of wine (thank you to the owners). Very clean, Breath taking views! As advertised! I travel a great deal and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a week at this very quiet beach. The accommodations were nice, well stocked, and we did not need to use any of the supplies we brought. Nice touch of snacks for us. Furniture was comfortable. The luggage elevator was a life saver! The couch in the master was my favorite place, relaxing and great views. We loved the cooling system for the bed. The laundry was well stocked. Parking was great and the porch made for the best evening views. We did have a few issues with the temperature of the house, but owner was very receptive and we were able to get it worked out. The only negative I have is the sheets could have been a better quality, and the towels and washcloths were thin, and several had an odor. We would highly recommend this house and hope to return.

Owners were very nice and easy to get in touch with. Will tell friends and family about this little charm! We loved it.

This was our third year staying here. We consider this our vacation home 😂 It’s a perfect location and has everything you need. It’s located in between Gulfport/Biloxi and Pass Christian/Bay St. Louis. There’s also a Walmart just down the street. Beautiful views of the ocean sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of towels and everything you need to cook. There’s a key rig. There’s also a washer and dryer. There are beach chairs and toys. The elevator came in handy this year as my husband had difficulty with the stairs, so it was convenient to take luggage and groceries up. We love The Nest!

We were in the Long Beach, MS area for 3 weeks. It was great to explore that part of Mississippi. We tried to eat at a different restaurant every night and began to rate the seafood gumbo as well as other featured menu items. For shopping, we found ourselves drawn to Ocean Springs (east pf Biloxi) several times. We were also intrigued with the number of Waffle Houses between Long Beach and Biloxi. We think we counted 11, but we might have missed one or two. The Long Beach house was the perfect get-away for 2-4 people. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. There are many steps to the front door and more to the master bedroom, but when a house is on "stilts" that is to be expected. The owners were always available to answer questions and take care of things that happened during our stay. We would definitely consider returning to this house near the beach.

This was our first time staying on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and we loved it! The Nest was so comfortable and conveniently located, and the owners welcomed us with a fantastic basket of goodies. The master bedroom was lovely, and the bed was so comfy that we didn’t want to get up each morning! We loved our trip, and hope to come back soon!

The property is just as beautiful as the photos. The gulf view is unmatched from the front deck, the main living room, and the master suite. The property is well appointed. There really wasn't anything they haven't thought of! We enjoyed sunning ourselves on the deck, walking across the street to the beach, and driving down to Pass Christian for waterfront dining and fresh seafood. We hope to return to this unique home.

We enjoyed the location the outdoor furniture was worn out. The lock on door stuck we almost couldn’t get in. The jet tub and hot tub didn’t working that I didn’t know until after we booked. So I felt it was over priced.

Everything was as advertised , even better. Possibly the most thoughtfully set up rental that we have experienced. Right in the center of lots to do and good eats . Thanks for letting us stay

The Nest was such a perfect location for a getaway. We loved the quiet location and the views from the entire house. The beach was always so quiet. Our kids loved how easy it was to walk back and forth to the beach and eating meals on the deck. We were so sad to be leaving on our last day & hope we can come back soon!

Husband ended up not being able to make it back from a work trip in time, but I still went and enjoyed myself! The house is well-appointed & beautifully decorated. Covered parking. Beach in front of house is clean and very peaceful. I’m a runner/triathlete and it was nice to see lots of other active folks up and down the sidewalks between the blvd and beach. I would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to a hotel or Gulfport /Biloxi!

In town for a wedding, nice personal touches by the owner. Even though it rained the view of the water was great and the fireplace helped warm us up. The elevator to get our luggage up to the house is a PLUS!! Hope to go back and visit soon!

This is our second time to stay at The Nest. We call it our beach home :) It's a perfect location across from the beach. The home is beautiful and clean. We love sitting on the deck and seeing the ocean or sitting on the couch and opening the doors up to feel the breeze. The area is not super busy where it is, but it's located between Biloxi/Gulf Port and Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis where we like to go for dinner. There are bikes to ride along the beach and a grill. There are plenty of towels and dishes and the hosts are so sweet with their welcome gifts. We can't wait to visit our beach home again!

The Nest was perfect. The location was close enough to all the activity of the gulf coast, just a short drive away. But the Nest was away from the busy beaches and activity. The master bedroom upstairs is a haven of beautiful views and fresh air. We had the perfect relaxing getaway!

Really enjoyed the fully stocked beautiful home. Sitting on front porch overlooking the gulf was just so relaxing. Having Walmart 3 minutes away helped a lot. Restaurants very close and casino just up the road .

Beautiful home and great location! The view is breathtaking. Home is just as it appears in pictures, extremely clean, and lots of amenities provided. The owners were very responsive and easy to book with. 5+ star rating and would love to stay again!
