Had everything we needed with the kids. Highly recommended! If you’re looking to party all night… please book elsewhere and allow this property to be a great getaway for families.

Clean, comfortable, first floor condo next to a park on Lake Chelan. Well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Close to town, restaurants, wineries and shops. We were in the area for the first time for a wedding and visiting from Florida. We loved the entire area. The condo was a great value. Management communicated well. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice place to stay. The locks/codes to get into the garage didn't work well. Besides that, it was a great experience overall.

Everything is great except cleanliness
The house itself was comfortable and equipped with many different things including washer and dryer Games Etc. But as soon as it got to the most important thing of the day is bedrooms and the sheets and pillowcases they were disgusting and yellow stains everywhere. The pull-out bed on the couch had a bunch of food on the mattress and under the couch was a bunch of garbage with cookies and water bottles. Lots of hair on the bed sheets and pillows. The floors were gross are socks w e r e disgusting after walking on them. The frying pan we tried to use has not been clean since the last person who used it same goes for the barbecue. We had to wash them sheets the pillow cases and everything we were going to use cuz it did not look clean. It's just not fair that these people are charging so much for the cleaning fee but nothing is actually clean. But overall the location and everything else is totally fine I would go back to it only if I see reviews that it has improved

Very nice
Beautiful place. Chelan just never fails to disappoint. Just a tad inconvenient that for a 6 person reservation we only got one parking spot. We had to call, then learned we could park the second car in the park & ride on the side. The mattress also wasn’t so great, but I think I’m just sensitive to mattresses and don’t sleep well unless the mattress is pretty good.

Nice stay
We stayed at Suite 106. Everything was good. The condo was clean and had what we needed. It was in a walking distance to the lake. The only thing needs to fix is the blinds in the master bedroom, they were not closed completely.

The door going out to the deck is broken and needs to be fixed. The master bathroom shower drain slides off, leaving a big hole in shower.

My husband and I had a couples weekend with some friends. We loved the layout. It was very open and welcoming for visiting and entertaining. The location was convenient and right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. It was a great weekend and we will definitely be back.

Awesome place!
Great first level condo with all the amenities (pool, WiFi, bbq, porch)! Troubles getting to elevator from outside bc of incorrect key code listed, but we’d stay here again for sure!

Good location / kitchen needs work
Great location. Perfect for a family of four. If you plan to cook in, recommend bringing a set of knives. The cooking utensils, especially thr serrated knifes were pretty bad.

The code that they provided didn't work for the elevator going to the garage.
excellent location, property was clean and nice. Just the code to elevator did not work, tried to call but no one picked up so I had to walk around the building to get to the garage.

Bad! Read before booking! Broken appliances
We have stayed at this building and usually like it but almost everything was broken in this particular unit. The fridge did not seal shut so food got warm. Outside grill was completely broken and useless. Oven took almost 40 minutes to preheat and couldn’t boil pasta. Horrible cheap cookware almost unusable so we bought our own pan. Beds were super creaky with only 3 slats holding them together and one pillow each. Window was broken and would not close in Master so it had to be fixed by my husband. No blackout blinds in master... only some zip tied hanging blinds. Not enough trash bags and toilet paper so we had to buy our own. Terrible experience when we normally love these condos. Also we had to pay ALL up front to reserve.. we would like a partial refund for this experience.

Very Clean and Comfortable
The condo was exactly as advertised and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The instructions said there would be a parking pass for us to fill out and place in our car for parking in the garage. We were unable to find any pass so we just placed a note on our dashboard with the unit #, dates of stay and our mobile number. We didn't have any issues.

Loved the condo, so much space with a nice sized deck. The proximity to the lake was so nice!! We will definitely be back!

Lovely condo, great location, crappy service!
I really loved the condo itself and the location...
Unfortunately there were more cons than pros for us.
I arrived and walked into a hot condo. Played around with the AC to find out it does not work. I immediately contacted Vacasa, mind you they texted earlier in the day to just text the phone number with any questions or concerns. I didn't receive a response until very late the NEXT day. I had to spend two hours cleaning the entire unit, had to wash sheets and comforters that had not been washed and had pet hair all over them. There wasn't a pool key in the room and the keypad to the pool was disabled so I wasn't able to utilize the pool the first day there. The code I was given also didn't open the room to get to the elevator to go down for the garage, so every single time I would have to walk around to get into a garage that never even closed either. I don't mind walking, but I do mind not being responded to... Finally on the second day another guest staying at the resort let me into the room where the elevator is. There was a note posted on the door with the Property Manager's phone number and email on it. It said to text the number so I did. He was very polite and came over within the hour. He then also realized the AC wasn't working (duh, I'm sure housekeeping realized that also when they "cleaned" before we came." He said he'd have someone over the next morning to fix it, Monday was a holiday so I understood. He got us a pool key and left. Never addressed the cleaning issues, but I let it go bc at this point I just wanted to enjoy myself and relax with my family. Tuesday comes, no repairman for AC. I didn't receive a response from Vacasa again so I let it go and spent my day at the lake! The condo itself was nice, great location. Definitely needs new mattresses and a vacuum in the unit so you can vacuum furniture and the unit itself. During this pandemic I assumed hotels would follow CDC cleaning guidelines but whatever. I did it all myself, which is whatever. I'm just shocked at how terrible the service was from Vacasa they should at least give a contact at the property since they fail to respond. Oh and I forgot to mention, I only heard back from Vacasa after the property manager showed up. Unfortunately due to all of the mishaps I have to give a 2/5 stars. I won't be back.

Teacher’s weekend away
We love the unit, everything was there that made our stay enjoyable. We took advantage of the hot tub, our unit was very close which was great!
