If you’re looking to explore downtown Bentonville, this is a great place to stay. Everything is in walking distance or a quick bike ride away. We hope to do this annually and this spot will be our first choice.

The location was awesome. The owner was amazing. The town/area was incredible. Beautiful apartment. The space was so inviting and comfortable. EVERY amenity is there. High end Nespresso machine provided, with such a great variety and plethora of coffee - including several bottles of flavored syrups. Games provided for you to enjoy. Snack bars, wine, water, a beer sample, suckers are just a few things that greeted us on our arrival. If you forgot anything - the owner has it provided for you. Literally anything. We never even had to unpack our phone chargers - they had them in every single area. Huge wall mounted TV was in the perfect location. Two comfortable queen beds, walk-in closet, immaculate shower and bathroom. Washer and dryer provided made it really convenient. We could have never left the place and been completely satisfied. Books galore! Some great local reference material provided as well. There is not one single thing we'd want to change about this. My wife told me that if we were ever back in the area, if we were going to be within an hour of this place, she would book it no matter what. Pictures are a very accurate description of the property.

Due to no fault of Debbie, VRBO/Airbnb had her double-booked. She worked so hard to find us an accommodation within minutes of my contacting her, and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend her, as she is professional, knows the area, well connected and will help if you run into any issues!

It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Any thing you might need was available in the apartment. Toothbrush, floss pick, detergent the list goes on.

Great space, very warm and welcoming. Nice balcony for evening which was unexpected. Quiet and easy short walk to the square and restaurants.

We loved staying here! So cute and cozy! It was a great location in a safe area! And it was just perfect for my daughter and I while we were in town for a tennis tournament.

Studio C was in a perfect location. Short walk to anywhere I wanted to go for food. Place was very clean and well stocked with all the basics. Host was very easy to get ahold of when needing to add a day to my trip. If I ever travel to Bentonville my myself or with one other person, I will certainly stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely loved this place. It was a little big farther from downtown than we would prefer but it was super quiet which was nice. Everything was so special about this place. Every single detail was thought out. I really enjoyed the games that were provided and all the special touches like the coffee, snacks, and wine. Communcation with Debbie was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

An easy climb to a great bungalow atop a garage. Beautiful setting for the two of us. Location is spot on being close to Bentonville Square.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Studio C for my birthday celebration with my boyfriend, and it was perfect! From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay amazing. The rental had everything a person could possibly need – and more! The thoughtful touches made it clear that the hosts truly care about creating a memorable experience. The interior is beautifully decorated with cool art, interesting books and cozy blankets. The location was perfect. Being within walking or biking distance to everything made everything so easy. The host provided us with a ton of recommendations for where to go, what to eat/drink, even which trails to take on the bikes. This property and host exceeded all expectations!

Easy. Super convenient to downtown, biking and hiking paths, and a great place to relax. Next time in town, we will be looking to stay here again!

My mother and I stayed here for a long weekend in Bentonville and it was absolutely perfect. The studio was clean and had everything you needed. The two queen beds are great touch, especially when traveling with family or friends. Debbie was also kind enough to reach out to me ahead of time and was very responsive. I cannot stay enough great things about this studio and the location! If I come back to Bentonville I will definitely stay here again or in the main house.

The carriage house is just stunning, gorgeous design elements everywhere and so many thoughtful touches: the waters in the fridge, basket of forgotten necessities (toothbrushes, razors, etc), amazing bath products, wardrobe amenities (iron, steamer, etc). Such a cozy and thoughtful landing spot- I’ll definitely book again. The hosts were responsive and even reminded me about farmers market timings on Saturday! What a blessing to find this listing, thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at suite C in Bentonville and would definitely stay there again. It is wonderfully decorated, spotless and centrally located.

This is a fabulous property and is so close to the Bentonville town square. Perfectly appointed and super comfortable. We loved our stay here.

My husband and I stayed at the property for three nights, so we could visit the Crystal Bridges Museum (which is fabulous) and enjoy the area. We could not be more pleased with the property, and the setup could not have been better. The two queen beds were comfortable and the nights, quiet. The property boasts a full size kitchen which would be ideal for cooking and a washer and dryer. The place is fully stocked with anything you might need from wine, beer, coffee, granola bars and more. What we loved most was the location! Although the property is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is a few short blocks from downtown. We walked to the movies and to dinner in cool restaurants. We had drinks in a fun bar. Our favorite walk was to the town square which is quaint and beautiful, yet vibrant. We bought books at the bookstore and a painting on the square, so we could remember our special visit to Bentonville. This property is a must! Thank you to Debbie for a trip we will never forget.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Studio C. It is the perfect size for 2-4 people. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, two queen beds, lots of windows for natural light, and beautiful decorations and house plants. It was also very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was how close it was everything we wanted to see. It was between .5 and 1 mile from most shops, museums, breweries, and restaurants in and around the Bentonville Square area. Everything else was just a short 5-10 minute drive. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Property was in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of the square. Very clean and inviting, would definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised at the availability of anything I needed. I even found a first aid kit. Luckily, I didn’t meed it. It was close to the square, which was great. Many restaurants. I would highly recommend this loft area. We also enjoyed the colored balls on the patio at night.

Loved the property, it was even better than the description. This studio had everything we needed. Perfect downtown Bentonville location, walking distance to the Momentary for Freshgrass, and easy bike access to the Razorback Greenway bike trail. Lots of great shops and restaurants close to the property. The Crystal Bridges art museum was wonderful too.
