Everything. Perfect for enjoying time with family & friends. Great getaway

You probably wouldn’t want my comments as there were a lot of things lacking at this property. The facility itself and the space was perfect however the property is tired and furnished with pieces of very little quality. We did appreciate the Christmas tree and wreath. However we do not feel overall that there was value for money. There was no receptacle for recyclable garbage. Not one box of tissues anywhere. Only two tea towels. No vacuum or way to tidy up small spills. Dining room chairs were stained. Downstairs (basement) bathroom needs renovation. Walls in main area scuffed and dirty. We would not choose to stay at this property again nor would we recommend it.

The layout of this house is ideal for a group to have fun together.

The house was beautiful and clean. Excellent location - only a 10min walk from Blue Mountain Village. Kitchen was relatively well equipped. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay on the property and all the amenities (pool table, darts, etc). Wish the back deck was better for seating large groups and eating outside. Overall very happy with the property.

This house was generally clean. For it's size it isissing a few items. There needs to be more bowls and more tea towels. Two are not enough for a large group over a week! Also the basement bedrooms have no side lamps, so reading at night was difficult. The other rooms had them. Otherwise the location was quite nice.

Nice property. Large rooms. Great common area for large family/ friends to get together. Quite neighbourhood. nice size garage to for 2 cars. We had 2 suv's and they fit ok. Clean place. Beds are good. Gameroom was very nice bonus. Some constructive feedback: Floors creek so if you are sleeping in the basement rooms, you can hear the people above very loudly. None of the bathrooms had working locks. There is no hand soap in the bathrooms. The sectional sofa in the main living room needs to be changed as it is broken and dirty. Pool table was awesome though there was only one usable pool stick for the pool table. Dart board is a great addition but only 2 darts work. In conclusion, it was a great home and I would definitely recommend and rent it again! Walking to the village was a breeze...just 1.5 kms walk. Sometimes it takes longer to find the parking in the village. Best to walk if one is able to.

A few things to improve on would be that we seemed to have issues with the hot water running out despite only having a small group relative to the capacity of the house. We also had a mystery fire alarm go off well after we had finished dinner. The pool table and foosball table were great but the foosball table especially is beginning to show some wear

Although this chalet had a few maintenance issues and is in a residential area with limited outside space around it, there were a number of features that were appreciated. Because this was our family Christmas celebration, we were pleased to see a large decorated tree and a large Santa figure in the living room. The foosball and pool tables were well used by the young people; the large screen TV with Netflix was great for Christmas movies, etc.; the beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and enough towels provided; the kitchen was quite well stocked; and the location is within walking distance to The Village at Blue. It is important to adhere to parking guidelines with two cars in the garage (very tight fit) and three in the driveway and no parking on the street -- Security will show up. Hopefully the issue of smoke detectors going off randomly later in the evening for no apparent reason has been resolved.

Great place with plenty of space for our group of 16. Basement games room area and large open concept main floor were great in terms of entertaining the entire group.

We loved our stay at this cottage. Lots of rooms, so much common space. Clean and well maintained. Gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

a perfect 5 min drive away from the village & the beach, it accommodated our group of 18 people perfectly!! however, the neighbours and the area in general is a quiet and family oriented area, so noise levels are to be kept to a minimum outside; other than that the house and vacasa team were excellent. definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a great getaway in the blue mountain area

Extremely comfortable Chalet close to Blue Mountain. We had seventeen people staying and they were more than comfortable with the amount of beds/baths. I saw comments about the flooring being worn but it’s only near the front door and not an issue at all. There are bylaws about the number of cars you can park on the driveway (Four) so make sure you carpool. You can park two cars in the garage as well so six cars total. There are overnight parking now lots available near the village too to leave cars if needed. Overall the Vacasa staff were extremely nice and accommodating and provided great customer service. Would recommend to other families/large groups!

Place was great and well laid out. The extra fee to have towels and bedding provided was worth it. House is a little weathered from wear and tear but great for a weekend away with the girls. Spacious rooms, wood burning fire and a gas bbq. Close enough to walk to the village, 15-20 minutes. A little disappointed that the shower in the master was not working. Very disappointed that we were not advised that the hot tub was not working as this is why we booked this property and chose the winery tour over the spa. Would recommend this property but would double check on the hot tub before you book.

This was a great space for our large group to stay and hang out after skiing. Lots of bedrooms, very roomy, and the main floor common area was excellent for the large group. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (except oven mitts). The bathrooms were good but could have been cleaner. I would definitely recommend this property to another large group.
