Beautiful views!

The house is well maintained, clean, and wonderful for big groups. The homeowner was very responsive, and very welcoming by offering to be available if I had any questions. Getting an uber/lyft is more difficult, even with providing driving instructions. It wouldn't prevent me from booking the property again, just something to know ahead of time.

My friends/family and I had an amazing weekend at this house. It was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. Depending on which directional application you used, it didn't take you all the way to the house and Uber had a tough time finding us. Overall though, we had the BEST experience.

We had a great stay! We rented the house for a girls weekend and it was excellent! Cam reached out in case we needed anything! House was huge and very clean! check in/out was easy! Views were beautiful too!

Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which was nice; slept very well in the comfortable bed; only sound was some floor squeaks upstairs, otherwise very quiet, peaceful and lovely sunsets as you walk out on the boardwalk nearby!

Long time friends got together for a terrific weekend. The house was as advertised. A lot of space, clean and perfect for a group. A short drive to downtown and amazing fall color. Cam was terrific.

I had family from all over the country. It was great to all stay in the same place for my sons wedding. we had so much fun

The place was clean and well kept. When we arrived we were blown away by the enormousness of the house and the spacious bedrooms and loft. My fiance and I hosted a combined bach weekend with friends. We loved having the separate apartment from the main house so we could enjoy time with our bridesmaids and groomsmen, but could easily combine the space. We had a wonderful time, saw several bears rumbling around the first two days, and wished we were still there! Definitely want to come back!!

This house was everything we could have asked for. The house was spacious, the location was prime and the host could have not been better. The scenic views and huge backyard were just added bonuses!

Amazing spacious house for our group of 11 ladies. Super easy to get to DT Asheville and Omni Park Grove Inn. It was even wonderful to stay in for the night and play games.

Great place to relax and enjoy the view, while guests scattered to enjoy the area's many attractions. Superb setting for cooking and entertaining. Despite a glitch with low internet speeds, our host come through with accommodations for our tech worker's hi-speed needs! Highly recommend and will likely return.

This house was just as described and perfect for our group. We had plenty of room! The sunsets were stunning....we made lots of memories. Camille was very responsive throughout our booking and our stay. I would recommend to family and friend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well kept and clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Short drive to most places, usually about 15 minutes. I can’t wait for my trip back.

A great house for a large group! Perfect for a weekend getaway to Asheville. Very easy to get to and in a great location of Asheville. Definitely would stay again!

Our entire extended family (18 people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were gathering all together for the first time in over three years and there was ample room for all. The top perks of this house are the mountain views (stunning!), large gathering spaces, and the responsiveness of the owner. Camille is wonderful! We had several minor issues that we messaged her about, and she had them taken care of very quickly. We greatly appreciated this. She also provides a plethora of materials for renters - suggestions of restaurants, stores, etc. that we utilized. Highest marks for friendliness and service.

We are a group of college friends in their mid 50's and we get together once a year. This was our 37th reunion weekend. We go somewhere different each year. What a great place to celebrate this. The pictures online accurately represent the accommodations. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there were only 11 of us so we each chose to have our own bed (why not??). We made one dinner at the house and all our breakfasts. The kitchen is supplied well with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glasses etc. The location of the house is beautiful at the TOP of the drive so the views were amazing and a few of us were lucky enough to see a bear crossing through the woods outside (luckily we were inside) so they do exist!!! We had two cars so needed to use Uber as well. The Uber drivers seemed to have trouble finding the house so we often had to call them. It seemed the only directions APP that works for the location and brings you to the right location is WAZE. The other ones seemed to take them into the development next door, Cliffview. The kitchen counters were a little dirty when we arrived but the rest of the house was really clean so it was a little odd. No real issue as we had picked up All Purpose Cleaner before we checked in and just gave them a good spray. It was a great place and so much space!!! Our group could have easily been twice the size and we still would have not felt crowded. Only about a 10 minute drive from Ashville and the Biltmore. The Biltmore is a MUST SEE! We all really enjoyed our afternoon there. Thank you Camille, who answered all the questions I had before our arrival and even a few during our stay. She was quick to respond and very kind with her responses. I would highly reccommend this place.

The house was amazing and accommodated everyone in our party enough room to get ready for the big wedding day! It was also remote enough to enjoy the quite and beauty of the mountains, yet close enough to the wedding venue that we could arrive quickly for setup and preparations. Beautiful home in a great location-easy to get to downtown Asheville, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Black Mountain, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils.

My son recently got married in Ashville and we wanted a place where most of my siblings could stay under one roof. We had a total of 11 people with other folks dropping by for day visits. The 5 bedrooms easily accommodated all of us. There was plenty of additional sleeping space available if you don’t mind being in open quarters. The deck in the back has a gorgeous view of the mountains and had plenty of space (along with tables and chairs) to accommodate all of us and the additional guests for meals & gatherings outside. We really spent little time in the house other than sleeping as we were fortunate enough to have great weather the week we were there. The home is located outside of Ashville with a short (15 min), easy drive into Ashville. There were plenty of amenities closer by than Ashville including a grocery store, CVS, pizza place and Dunkins within a couple minutes’ drive from the house. Within the week we were there, I had a few questions and issues that required responses from the owner. Camille was very prompt at getting back to me and resolving them. We had a bear come through the property 4 of the 7 days that we were there. Each time he kept to himself, just walking slowly along the edge of the property line. He gave a quick glance over his shoulder to check us out and meandered past each day.

Excellent accommodations for our family. Ample supplies, comfortable beds-lovely setting for our daughter’s wedding.

Spent the week for my daughter's wedding. Nice deck and backyard worked well for the Rehearsal Dinner. Beautiful view. Great location. Lots of room. And the Owner was sooo helpful, I give Camille 5++ stars!

Views were amazing, the property had a nice open floor plan, and the back porch was perfect for the beautiful May weather.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and functioned well. We only had 10 people so we had plenty of space. There are tons of queen beds and it is easy to sleep a lot of folks but 28 would be a huge stretch. Particularly with only 3.5 baths. Not far from town and we were able to get a lyft for 30-45 dollars for 5 people (one way). Several of us went on a walk on the private road (couldn't find that this was prohibited but maybe missed it). We heard a gun shot up by a home off the road and then a woman yelled at us saying we were on private property (although we were on the road just walking). Maybe avoid leisurely strolls in the neighborhood haha.

Awesome location for a larger group, with great views and all amenities you'll need. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our group! Close to downtown, food, shopping and hiking. Lots of parking and right by the grocery store. Beautiful mountain views and wildlife too.
