Location was excellent. Good character. Clean sheets and towels. Laundry detergent and drying lines. WiFi coverage in house was good. Liquid soap in showers was appreciated.

Broken door handles. No simultaneous TV and WiFi and power cable was shared - spoke to agent about this at beginning of stay and it was not rectified. Not good pillows. Very bad, broken plastic dirty roof furniture and not enough chairs - not true to pictures. Wobbly fridge. Some floors quite dusty. All doors need oiling (wd-40) as squeaky. Overall, the property was tired - the items in there seemed left over from other guests. There was an unused router and a WiFi password info note that was wrong. I think for the price, there were opportunities to make it really special, and while location is fabulous and property looks great to start with, if you scratch the surface, there were issues.

La falta de mantenimiento de la instalación. No funcionó el aire acondicionado de una habitación y pasamos frio. Le pedimos a la persona de contacto que lo arreglará y no hizo caso. Muy sucio todo. Microondas muy sucio así como el resto de elementos de la cocina. Baños sucios con porquería acumulada de mucho tiempo. El dueño de la casa dijo que teníamos a disposición mantas y no era cierto. No funcionaba el WiFi. Si no ponen más cuidado con las instalaciones yo no aconsejo que se alquile esta vivienda.

The location is superb. The house is big, spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and it is fairly quiet in the night. The owner paid us a visit even 3 times during our stay to fix some problems, and he was very nice and fun person.

1. The toilet on the 2nd floor had a broken water spoiler. 2. The kitchen ran out of gas, but the owner fixed it as soon as it was possible. 3. I would have wished a salad bowl in the kitchen. 4. We couldn't find a hair dryer

Big house with lots of big rooms

Air con cut in & out. Wifi didn’t reach the bedrooms. Washing machine broken

Great location in a lovely street. With everything within walking distance. The house was really quiet. The house was large with large rooms and plenty of space for the six of us that stayed. Traditional house with terrace on the top floor and small courtyard off of the kitchen. Good value property on a great location.

The house could have been cleaner, dusty in places. We travelled in January and the heating wasn’t satisfactory to heat the house and one of the bedroom the heating didn’t work at all. There appeared to be a problem with some of the plugs and we could not get the tv to work. The house is tired in places including the bathrooms and not always hot water and some things broken including toilet seat making it uncomfortable. Could have done with some extra pillows on the bed and hanging hooks to dry towels etc.

Accessibility of the location

Shower at the 2nd floor we’re now functioning ( no warm water). Bath sink on the 2nd floor were clogged! Bed bug at the mattress can be feel all over your body 😖

location and building

Communication was poor once payment made! The house is in a great location and is a lovely building however our stay was spoiled by broken or missing items and not enough seating space for all guests to dine or relax together. The crockery provided was chipped and again not sufficient for 8 adult guests. Plastic plates were provided however these were suitable for the terrace. The terrace could not initially be used as there was no seating and when provided one seat was broken. Toaster was missing feet and only allowed 2 slices of toast at a time & toasted inside of bread only. Many kitchen items and drawers were dirty. The sink on the terrace could not be used owing a broken tap. The shower surround in 2nd floor bathroom came away from the wall when used as it was not securely fixed. Also sealant black. Mattresses and pillows were stained. Lamps in one bedroom had European plugs and no working adapter provided so lamps could not be used. The ground floor bathroom had a missing window pane and therefore was not secure. The inner courtyard was covered with algae growth owing to constant dripping water and stagnant water in the font attracting mosquitoes. The dripping water was paused by fully turning off the hose on the roof terrace. All in all the number of defects did not warrant the price paid for the property that could be a lovely holiday stay with a small investment.

The beds were comfortable and the property is spacious and in a good location.

The bathrooms are in a terrible state. We had an issue with a plug getting stuck down in a basin which the property management sorted out by removing the plug. The same thing happened in the bath/shower. The taps are falling off and rotate and there is an unforgivable amount of mould. The door to the upstairs shower came away in our hands. Additionally, the terrace was the feature that attracted us but there is no furniture at all. No chairs anywhere throughout the house except heavy leather and wood dining chairs on the ground floor (3 floors down). This makes the terrace un-useable. There also is no facility for making coffee and no bins. It's a shame.
