Cleanliness; enough room and beds for a family; pet friendly. Hot tub.

No instructions on how to use the fireplace. No info that the jetted tub didn’t work. No info on how to find the hot tub.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE! The property manager was not nice..! We arrive at 4:30..The bed upstairs was sort of broken..the headboard was loose and moving, not attach to bed frame..headboard is sort of moving back and fort, I called/ emailed him to fix it and was not accomodating at all.. He said I was the first person to complain about the bed is broken.. I ask him that if this is safe to use and I did not want to pay a fine something I never done! He said its Friday and hard to get a maintenance person to check... Like dah! Im a guest and paid for the stay..do not want to sleep on a squeeky broken bed! your very inflexible about the check in and check out..then your not gonna fix a broken bed and give me an attitude! He did not believe what id say! He then sent a guy and fix it... SO ITS BROKEN! THE PLACE IS FINE...I GUESS NEED A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER THAT HAS PEOPLE SKILLS AND WILLING TO DO THEIR JOB!

We gave been to this resort for the 3rd or 4th time now. Close to everything. Love the Christmas Market.

Need more lights in condo. Needs new light bulbs in kitchen and living room

close to main place we wanted to be, reasonable price, clean, comfortable bed

paying $100.00+for cleaning and we had to do garbages, building needs a lot of loving care, there were not 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in different locations of apt, very small and only comfortable seating is couch for 2 adults only coffee pot didn’t fit the coffee machine, shuttle service was not worthwhile, restaurant was not convenient

The team was very responsive when we were having difficultues checking in.

The sofa had bed bugs, so one of the party got multiple bites. We've notified them but made no action.

nice place. too small for 4 so I can’t see how 6 would fit there. nice area. nice pool. clean place. the air conditioning was way to noisy, in a disturbing way.

i read bunch of comments about the air conditioning but thought- how bad can it be?! well, it’s really really bad! it’s very disturbing, makes it hard to sleep, not to talk about babies trying to sleep. also the bed upstairs is really high… hard to get there. I also felt like the management have too many rules. I mean the apartment is not cheap for what you get and then they ask you to clean and take the garbage out. I feel like it’s too much!
