I hope to update this review, but unfortunately it has been difficult getting any contact and follow through with Vacasa. My review directly connects to Vacasa’s communication and coordination issues, maintenance problems, and service failures. Despite making multiple requests regarding the floor plan of the home, we were given the runaround, which included failed promises to connect us with a local manager. The Vacasa app provided outdated information for property contacts, creating unnecessary stress, and making it difficult to plan for our stay, particularly for our elderly family members. Upon arrival, we encountered numerous issues that impacted our vacation (broken AC, ovens, and ceiling fans, malfunctioning exterior door, missing TV boxes, etc). Obtaining essential items such as the golf cart keys and a lockbox code were unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming, despite multiple communications. I made contact with a local property manager who addressed some of the maintenance issues, but many were not addressed toward the end of our week-long stay. I experienced repeated delays and missed appointments. On two occasions, I was promised maintenance personnel would arrive the following day, but no one showed up, which disrupted vacation plans. I was promised multiple times a call from a Vacasa supervisor, but never received a call, and my requests for follow-up have gone unanswered. We hope Vacasa can take accountability and provide a higher service for future stays

This home is amazing! It is beautiful decorated, our guest had plenty of room to spread out, the pool and hot tub was beautiful, multiple kitchens and all were equipped with everything you needed and more. Everyone that stayed there were very complimentary of their accommodations. We felt that we had our own private resort and only steps to the beach. We hope to go back for another family gathering next year.

This home has pleanty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed all the different kitchens and space to spread out.

We stayed at this beautiful home at the peak of Spring Break and enjoyed it so much! Our group was made up of a combination of multiple families and friends, with a variety of preteen and teenagers…and all loved the amenities! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Because of the “sister house” we were a little unsure how the bedrooms were laid out and tried to piece things together ahead of the trip based on the listing, but eventually just needed to see it! Some bedrooms include adjoining rooms which worked for our group. The house boasted 2 kitchens (2 in the main house and 1 in the sister house), plus an outdoor kitchen space that had a fridge and dishwasher and master grill, which we were also unsure about based on the listing description. The only somewhat disappointing things (which were minimal) was that the previous guests trash was not picked up until the second day of our stay, one of the bedrooms closets was mid-rehab, and the golf carts breaks were crazily hard to press. Other than that - this place was top notch!!!! Would reco!!!!

This two house property is beautiful. With any rental property, there are things that definitely need fixed (broken hinges, one of the windows is a double pane, but it’s a single pane now, the WiFi is suspect at times), however, those are minor compared to what you get with the amazing outdoor area. This house was perfect for our family of 19. Highly recommended. Book it. You won’t regret it.

Our family loved every aspect of this home. We chose this property due to the outdoor space and amenities offered for our daughter’s wedding on the beach. It was just as the photos depicted in the listing. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Brittney, our representative thru Vacasa, was wonderful to work with. What small issues we encountered, she worked very hard to accommodate the need. Our daughter was happy, therefore we were happy. Absolutely loved this property!

The house was beautiful .. perfect location..and plenty of space for our guest!.. felt like a mini resort! This is my 2nd time at this house and i cant wait to do it again!
