Great location! Walkable to everything in Carmel. We were able to score a parking spot right out front and didn’t need to move it until the end of our stay. Cute flat with all of the amenities! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Overall was a good experience! Did have issue first night with noise from construction work but the management addressed it and it stopped for the rest of our stay! Management was very accommodating and helpful to resolve our issue! I would stay here again absolutely !

This place was super cute and so well situated in town. We walked everywhere. Groceries just around the corner. The kitchenware could have been a touch cleaner but overall the place was really nice and we loved our stay. Would definitely go back. We like to sleep with windows open so not having screens on most of the windows was disappointing. The property management was very communicative which was nice. It was a great experience.

The photos looked nicer than the unit. The grounds needed some attention, the kitchen sink glaze was peeling and looked horrible, we didn’t want to use it. The bathroom is old and needs updating. Put some money into this unit. Good location but the unit is tired.

Reviewer Comments: I would NOT recommend this unit, the owner NEEDS to CORRECT the following: Replace existing window screens; clean the window jams; put a screen on the master BR window that is 5’ off of the ground & overlooks trash cans & resident’s private patio/front door (HUGE safety issue). Steam clean the bathroom tile (old dirt); repaint the bathroom (****** job). Replace the kitchen sink that is peeling (17” diameter). Update all of the lighting, strip or update all cabinets that have been painted so many times they stick. Replace the rugs (old dirt). No bedside lamps. Unit is HOT w/o the windows open, but then there is a SAFETY issue. The $400. cleaning fee is a ripoff. The positives are the TVs are nice, nice welcoming basket, the bed is comfortable & the staff is responsive. However, due to the heatwave they should have had more than one fan, prepped the windows. The unit was in the high 90’s upon arrival @ 9:30 PM. It was UNSAFE to leave the windows open, plus there is a high possibility of rodents— trash cans below unscreened window, shrubs next to poorly screened windows & a restaurant next door are environments for rodents .

I stayed here with my husband and poodle Toast for Poodle Day 2021 and we had a fabulous time. The space was beautifully decorated and so convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We will definitely consider staying again!

They offered us a 20% discount which gave us a bit of a price break. We were traveling with our dog and this was one of the few locations that would allow her to stay.The flat is fine. They had covered the sofas to protect them from pet dirt.We had been looking for a place with at least two separate rooms (a house), this offered a bedroom and kitchen/living room. We thought we could close the doors for a bit more division so we could work while there, but the door between the kitchen and bedroom is a bifold which did little to din our voices.The location is noisy all day. Between the morning trash runs, restaurants opening, and locals rising to get to work then the daytime events and evening bustle there isn't a lot of quiet timed.We liked having easy access to the restaurants and the beach. We had added on an extra day and then a few hours later got a call that an appraiser would need entrance to the property for a few hours. I asked if we could have our last night refunded (we just booked a few hours prior to this info) The lady who delivered this info was not very friendly or understating of our frustration. One reason we were so upset and wanted to undo the last night booking was because we didn't want people coming into where we were staying with Covid numbers up and having a stranger around all our personal belongings made us uncomfortable. I know how hard it can be to book an appraisal so I was understanding of that...just didn't want to continue our stay with that in mind. Long story short we got our money back for the last day and sadly left early. I recommend this management company make people aware of any entrance needed to the property prior to booking. Other than that the place was clean, great location, and everyone else we dealt with when booking was very friendly. I would recommend this place and stay again. I do recommend they get better window blinds as there was a lot of light pollution at night.

The condo was just as described and the location can't be beat. There is a great restaurant right by the condo and just a block off of the main shopping area of Carmel. It was perfect for just the three of us to hang out in after a day of activities.

We enjoyed the location of this property. However, it has 4 baseboard heaters that you turn on to activate and it is hard to regulate. It was very cold in the unit when we arrived and took a long time for the four baseboard heaters to warm the unit. It then became too hot and was difficult to regulate throughout our stay.
