Facilities are modern, comfortable and highly quality. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Nothing not to like

The newly renovated Red Fox Lodge is bright with spacious rooms that provide all that's needed for a moment in the mountains. The friendly staff is knowledgeable and kindly welcomes guest. The breakfast is also delicious

Everything about this hotel was sheer perfection. From the lovely, comfortable, clean quarters to the abundant and delicious breakfast, it was an amazing experience. The family that runs the hotel were extremely gracious and kind hosts who made us feel right at home. The hotel is also very conveniently located within walking distance of everything in town and also has amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

There is nothing I can think of that could improve our experience at the Red Fox.

We had a lovely stay at Red Lodge. The hotel's position is excellent, 300m from the chairlift, close to restaurants and supermarkets, yet in a quiet area and still offering a fabulous view of Mt. Cervino (Matterhorn). The room is cozy, comfortable and well equipped. The staff do a great job and they appear to be genuinely happy with their job and with their employer, everything is super-clean, the breakfast is tasty. Last but definitely not least, the family operating the hotel seem to have found their vocation, they are wonderful, they love what they do and it shows. Also, heed Andrea's great recommendations for the best restaurants in town. Keep it up, guys. We can't wait to return.

Andrea & Oswalda, the owners, met us on arrival and were so helpful and friendly, giving us a tour of the apartment and common areas and providing tips on where to eat. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we required. I cooked at home a couple of nights and Oswalda kindly lent me a couple of extra pans & some kitchen utensils from their kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Heated ski lockers in the basement and secure parking for those who drive up. Plenty of hanging and storage space in the rooms, including the lounge area. 8 minutes' walk to the chair lift, passing by the ski rental shop on the way. An extensive selection of items for a continental breakfast - fruit juices, yoghurt, cereals, mueslis, cakes, rolls with butter & jams, ham & cheese, choice of coffees from machine and a selection of teas. A small lounge with a fire is open to guests and a selection of cocktails on offer and by the way Andrea makes a mean Expresso Martini! Within easy walk of the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. Overall highly recommended. We will be returning for sure!

Wonderful morning breakfast with a mountain view, We felt at home directly inside this modern cosy luxury chalet. The mama of the house made us scrambled eggs every morning, and we had a delicious croissant, peach juice, and everything we needed. Also, Andrea's welcomed us and was a perfect host during our stay, he was very patient and did his best to respond to our every request. We would definitely stay more! Inspirational, Thank you.

We loved the lodge and our hosts ♥️the breakfast was good, I ate the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Andrea and his mother were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The interior design of the lodge was amazing. There were tons of games available at the lodge and it was so cosy!! I think the best part of the stay was the view from our rooms. The lockers for the ski equipment were such a nice touch xxx we will definitely be back again.

The hotel was amazing - new, clean, cozy, and with all the amenities you'd expect from a top winter lodge. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and we can't thank them enough for the wonderful stay! :)

it’s easily the best hotel that I’ve ever been. And I say it as a flight attendant, so I have the opportunity to stay in many different hotels around the world. Red Fox Lodge has the best structure in Cervinia, the architecture stands out from the entire commune, excellent quality furniture, bed sheets, toiletries and all amenities. the staff is just phenomenal!!! Andrea, Osvalda and her husband makes it to feel like home, with every chat we had, tips on what to do, always with open arms and warm hearts. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to several friends!!! the only thing that I have to say is, THANK YOU!

Location : 1) In the midst of the small town, convenient to access to the ski lift, supermarket and restaurant 2) It is near the 503 bus stop where you will alight from if you took the public bus Staffs : 1) The family of 3 runs the hotel which provide awesome hospitality, kind, polite, helpful and everything awesomeness you can think of 2) Cooked breakfast perfectly, help you with you any issues or problems you faced, be it in the hotel or outside Room : 1) Cleanliness on point , way much better than the photos in booking.com , its clean, bright and cozy 2) Big bathroom, with kitchen and kitchenware, and all spices and utensils available when asked 3) View is perfect
