There were not very much clean in bathroom , I mean floor .

Staff were generally friendly after some initial concerns about breakfast times. Buses stopped right outside. Very convenient for Keukenhof and the tulip fields but little else nearby - no shops or restaurants. There is a fridge available for guests to use but no one told us about this - we found it by chance.

The entrance to the hotel was up a fire escape which was dangerous (see pictures) as it was not securely fastened. We couldn’t believe this was the entrance for guests to use …but it was! Inside the hotel, although warned in advance there wasn’t an elevator to the upper floor, it was difficult to access the first floor as it was via a spiral staircase. Our room was on two levels with no handrail to the steps and there was a small step in and out of the bathroom, which was easy to forget, especially in the middle of the night. Breakfast was ok, but no choice of cereal - just cornflakes. The cooked breakfast was eggs / sautéed vegetables with scrambled eggs. Good to have freshly baked bread and macarons offered. Towels were small and had definitely seem better days.

La chambre est belle, propre, bien équipée et la literie confortable Le petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Idem pour le restaurant, même si nous avons eu du mal à comprendre le concept Le personnel agréable, même s'il ne parle pas français Parking gratuit sur place Trés bon rapport qualité prix

Il manque des rideaux occultants dans les chambres. Le côté rue est un peu bruyant Les chambres sont mal insonorisées
