We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. It is a beautiful property just as described and the host Dan fantastic! I would recommend it 100% and we will also be back!

Our stay was wonderful, especially watching all the wildlife, including a bald eagle being chased by an osprey. The views and sunsets were beautiful and my family enjoyed sitting by the water's edge and taking the kayaks out on the water. The well-appointed home had everything we needed including comfortable beds and we appreciated Dan's availability whenever we had a question or concern.

Beautiful property. 100% accurate photos. Very well appointed and comfortable. Traveled with my wife and two small children (3 and 1) and we so thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home and in this area of the North Fork. So many food options and attractions within 15 minutes of the house, including bustling Greenport, Southold Fish Market (we ate here 5 times) and beaches/orchards/vineyards. Most days we started with breakfast on the back deck and finished with a sunset dinner on the deck. Great swimming and water activities right off the dock. Property manager was great and very responsive. He even went out of his way to help us secure a beach parking pass (which took some additional paperwork on his part). It was hard to come home and we will absolutely be back.

Everything about our stay at Dan's waterfront home on the North Fork was perfect. From iconic sunsets over the water to the high quality amenities throughout the house, we could not have been happier with our time here. Comfortable beds, large kitchen with all top of the line appliances, sonos speaker system throughout the house - it was all fantastic. The absolute highlight, though, was being able to go out each morning and paddleboard to the beach ! Dan is an excellent host and we cannot wait to be back.

This was our second summer renting Dan's house on the creek and it was another amazing vacation. Nothing like waking up to the view of the creek in the morning and watching the sunset at night. Can't wait for next summer!

We had an amazing 3 weeks here. A nice little hidden secret. The house was beautiful and right on the water with the best sunsets. Dan was very helpful with anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back next summer!
