Clean, quiet, good location, verandah pet secure

We were able to check-in at around 3:30pm. The property was not ready as advised by the host because the Cleaner was late, although he confirmed at first that we can check-in at 1pm. We were okay with the late check-in as long as the property is clean as the price they charged us includes a cleaning fee. However, I don't think the property has been cleaned thoroughly. I needed to wipe the drawers in the main bedroom as they were dusty. There were bugs crawling on the floor and our dog keeped barking and chasing them. My son had to vaccum the floor to get rid of them. It was also weird why they have provided empty containers/bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I was expecting a bit more as I paid so much $$$ for 2 nights which I think was a bit too much for this property. I think it's fair if we could be reimbursed half the price for the cleaning fee they charged us. The only positive side of our stay is we enjoyed our time at the beach. We left early on our last day at around 8:30am.

Excellent location. Very clean and neat. Everything works great. Highly recommend this property.

It was a comfortable, clean property, conveniently located. Short stroll to beach, cafe and convenience store. Will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Nice short stay

Beautiful house one block back from the beach. Perfect for our little girls trip. Avoca beach is perfect for day swims and Terrigal is a short drive for dinner or lunch. Thank you Sam

A few issues mainly in contacting host we were on the road to property and had to go through Stayz to get access instructions. Also no lights working in bathroom E mailed host but no reply. Property itself was basic but comfortable with excellent bedding and pillows. Whilst advertised as dog friendly there was no secure area which meant going down stairs onto front lawn on leash as road a bit busy. As the weather wet and cold this was a bit of a nuisance. Position was excellent 1 road back from beach and 5 minute walk to dog beach. Overall would stay again in good weather

Great little house for a few people to stay great area and close to the shops and beaches within a 5 min drive

Clean and bright. Quiet area. Less than 1 minute walk to coffee, general store and dog friendly beach. Few minutes drive to Terrigal cafes and restaurants. Fabulous

Great stay - thankyou

We had a lovely time staying here, check-in and checkout was easy, and it's a lovely property with a nice outdoor dining space and grill. The beach is a very short walk away as there is a footpath directly there from the house, and for those who swim between the flags the surf lifesavers set up very close to the house as well. I'd happily stay here again. Our only minor complaint was that there was no baking tray to use the oven, and the knives were almost unusable dull, but hopefully that will be resolved for the next guest :)

Too expensive for what it looks on line you can find something better and cheaper

This place is sensational. Close to the beach with general store in walking distance. Dogs allowed on beach with plenty of room to run around with. House has everything you need and looks lovely. Outdoor shower, expresso machine, washer, dryer, great veranda with lovely back garden views. We loved this place and will be back.

This place is all about the location. It’s 2 mins walk to a fabulous beach, corner shop and cafe. Perfect for a break from the hustle bustle of Sydney.The house is nice, everything you need. We had a great time.

The perfect beach unit for a small family, all you need to pack is a beach towel and your fur friend! The unit was inviting, clean and cosy, especially loved the laundry and BBQ facilities, while Netflix and wifi was a hit for the teens!Something about the sound of the ocean waves just a short stroll away is relaxing. We found the locals super friendly, while out and about but make sure you dine at The Boy & Rose cafe - the B&E on damper did not disappoint!Sam is a great host, communication was on point, very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. It’s the perfect location, we didn’t want to leave and hope to be back real soon!

Wonderful, clean home in a central location! Quick access to the beach and the main street of terrigal. Thank you for letting us stay, we will defiantly be back again in summer :)!
