Dirty, no cleaning, a foul smell from the drain pipe of the shower room, lots of cockroaches, no soap, no shampoo, everything is extremely bad! Nevertheless, the price is much more expensive than the other apartment nearby. I'm really disappointed. I guess the owner has no sense of hospitality. He is not qualified to do rental apartment business.

Location as it was easy to mobilise to my important event
The rooms provided were good. However, one was not facing the main window. The bedsheets were also slightly stained, so need to make sure use proper detergent. Some items look old, so maybe they can change. All in all, it is good for a family of 5 to stay for a maximum of 2 to 3 days

Bathrooms lack hanger bars/poorly maintained.
Lack dressing mirrors. Beds quite uncomfortable. Air conditioning is not adequate.

The owner was responsive and accommodating.
The beds were terrible, not meant for sleeping at all. The mattresses were very thin and the beds were sagging. It is worse than sleeping on the floor. The furniture and everything in the apartment is so so old, it looked like it has never been changed for a decade. Not worth the price. The only consolation was the responsive owner.

Good location and swimming pool is great.
below my expectation. Apartment is equipped with basic cheap stuffs. only access card provided. required access card to go anywhere in the area. so one cannot drive out from the parking if the other wants to go swimming for example because drive in and out and going into elevator required access card. Bed is not comfy and hard. only one pillow per bed. no extra towels. Only netflix and youtube able to watch. i stayed during the semifinal of the world cup and i missed to watch it.
