Plenty of room for large family gathering. Nice cabin, well stocked kitchen. Only minor complaint is that there were minimal towels for bath and kitchen. Not a major issue, just a minor inconvenience!

Beautiful cabin and absolutely breathtaking views! Plenty of room for the entire family! We loved the large kitchen table to enjoy meals together as we took in the view through the large windows. Very comfortable beds as well. No real complaint, but if you know you will be using the futons or pull out beds, there aren’t any sheets provided. Only blankets and extra pillows.

House had a great community space for a large group and plenty of room to separate from the group if needed. Beautiful view.

Beautiful! Exactly as listed. Private with amazing view. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The host left out no detail. Our family of 12 had the best time. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the cabin. We will definitely seek this cabin out again in the future!

Property was in an excellent location we all enjoyed it very much and the view was great!

Driving distance to Pigeon forge is & we fot 15 people into this cabin comfortably . Very important to know the futton bed on the floor outside the two bedrooms . One is in the bedroom in the kitchen floor and the couch on 1st floor turns into a bed as well. The cabin has very long dinner table wich is good for a big family and you'll find everything you need to cook. It was sad to know the living room tv is not a smart tv & neither was the one on 1st floor. As a matter of fact it only had one channel. We also saw alot dead bugs in the cabin . A stink bug was on the bed and one of our guests woke up on our last day with some type of bug bites. Saw spiders too. And there was even a wasp inside. It was an ok stay but the cabin needs some type of attention. The view is facing north so you don't get to see the sunset but it did have a nice view. The jacuzzi isn't as big and it seemed to leak as halfway it was making noises due to insufficient water in it & the lights did not work. Lastly the lamp in the bedroom on 2nd floor above the drawer did not work. Only time i'd saty here again is if there wasn't any more available. Sorry but that's just how I feel. Oh p.s. we have verizon and didn't have signal. Internet definitely helped but it lagged and you don't get signal on third floor.

The Grizzly Manor was the best getaway for a big family Thanksgiving in the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a feast! Lots of room for our crew! Beautiful views and close to all the attractions!

We loved the majestic views. We were there for our daughters wedding. We did see lots of other cabins but the view from this was absolutely amazing. Clean, spacious, and so well decorated. Love,love, love!!!❤️

We stayed here for 5 nights with our extended family and it was great! Beautiful view- great area- newer appliances- very clean!! With lots of amenities. Very comfortable furniture- good AC in hot TN weather!

The fire place doesnt heat, the bottom refrigerator down stair doesn't keep close. Garabage can small.

Cabin was just as listed.booked for 14 people for family wedding and place held us all but would not add additional. Check in process was glitchy they forgot to tell us alarm code for inside cabin but owner called to apologize & welcome us (nice touch!) cabin very equipped kitchen and bathrooms. No garbage bags were left and downstairs bathroom toilet seemed to run a bit only complaint. Beautiful place would rent again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Grizzly Manor. The view from the cabin cannot be topped. It was breathtaking. I loved how there were two levels of porches on this cabin and also all of the outdoor seating options on the porches. The location of this cabin was amazing as well. It was not too far from anything we wanted to do and I really appreciated the fact that the driveway was not too steep to go up in my vehicle like some other cabins near by. The cabin was spacious as well with and had a really neat game room. All around, it was everything I could ever ask for in a cabin.

We loved every thing about this cabin. Location, high in mountain, great mountain view. Easy check in and check out. It was properly cleaned. Kids and youngsters enjoyed game room and Hot tub. Overall it met our expectations.

We've stayed in a lot of these cabins, and this place was awesome. Very private, amazing views, and it was super clean and well maintained. It's positioned very well to avoid traffic, access Pigeon Forge, and also easy to drive to the Wears Valley Park entrance for hiking. The internet connection is strong and high speed, and cell phones worked fine also. I would recommend the owners make some investments to improve the experience, given the price of the cabin. Specifically, the air hockey table should be replaced, it barely functions anymore, and takes up a lot of space. Also, the arcade system doesn't really function, as the 1st player stick is broken. This is required to play basically any of the games. It would also be good if the cabin had modern blue ray players with netflix, hulu, etc... Guests may want to pack a Chromecast or apple TV or Fire Stick for streaming. The internet connection can support streaming no problem. These improvements may cost a few thousands of dollars each. But for a cabin this good, it seems reasonable to just make the investment. Overall I would recommend this cabin. As the owners, I am sure it's frustrating that unruly guests break the equipment, and then it has to be replaced. But for a cabin this good, it seems worth paying the extra to make it perfect.

Grizzly Manor was a good choice. The view is spectacular. We never wanted to leave the deck. Our teenagers enjoyed the basement and accessibility to HDMI cords for their video games. The wifi works good in all parts but the basement couches. They did send someone out same day to help us with it and with a silly mistake we made with the TVs upstairs. The kitchen was perfect and had all the utensils we needed to cook. We would return.

For a big cabin, it was missing just a few finishing touches like pot holders and kitchen towels. Also the wifi only worked on the first and second floors, not the “basement”.

Great views of the Smoky Mountains!!! Great house for a multi family week. Three levels so everyone could spread out. One of our group had to work during the week and the internet was adequate for online connectivity. Close the the National Park and great hikes. Close to Pigeon Forge. Fairly secluded and there are no close cabins ghat you can see from the deck. Pretty quiet area. Can’t stress the great view enough and a great place to social distance if you just want to get away. If I go back to the Smokies would definitely stay here again.

Over the layout and space was PERFECT, had great location and the best view out of many cabins we rented in the past in the area. We had four couples plus two girls 13 and 11 and a grandmother. Everyone had plenty of privacy. Now, the bad. Oven did not work the entire time and they knew about it!!!! I know this bc the maintenance guy had to bring me two pool table.balls and told us @ oven. Not to mention I previously asked before arriving about the pool table balls (based on prior review) and was told they were all there....they weren't. AND check in was at 4 and at 545 they were still cleaning. Vacasa offered me cleaning fee back....but that wasn't such a silver lining bc they cleaning they did do was horrible! Kids tend to be oblivious to that sort of thing and even they mentioned how dirty the floors and such were. Also, the hot tub barely got warm even up to the last night. Why did I still give this a 3? I wanted to give a 5 bc the layout, views, location, and space were truly perfect. And there was a poker table and huge game room that was incredible. And the beds slept. But, I was torn when rating. This place obviously has no one making sure it is up to par. I tried to call and only had success on the first day when I called about the cleaners. After that, I could not reach anyone about the oven Games in gameroom were worn out. Utensils and other accessories needed replacement. The oven was a big impediment bc we shopped for things that we needed to use the oven to cook. What a waste. I wish I could say I would return. I would if they took some time to make corrections.

Our party of ten fit comfortably in this lovely cabin. The table sat everyone, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the kids loved the game room! Best of all, though, was the double-decker balcony! The views from this cabin are UNBEATABLE! Plus, it’s within driving distance to all the great attractions, but far enough away for it to feel quiet and secluded.
