We came for the night to do the bio-luminescent bay. The property had everything we needed. Clean and great location to the tour pick up spot.

We stayed at this property with our two children. All four of us had a wonderful time. Great proximity to beaches and restaurants. Everything we wanted for a relaxing trip to paradise.

We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) traveling to Vieques to see the world famous Bio Bay. This is one of the only properties on the island that allows for single night stays. The rental exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly convenient- walking distance to our meeting spot for bio bay tours and also minutes walk to all the delicious waterfront restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with owners/hosts. Everything was immaculately clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was nice in this little beach house. It was clean and the location was great.

We had a wonderful experience in Vieques. We came to the island to experience the bio-bay and stayed while reconstruction of our newly purchased old home was being done. We spent our mornings sitting on the porch drinking coffee and watching the chickens, mongoose, lizards and horses start their day. Later we watched huge iguanas wandering the neighborhood. We often walked the beach in the mornings and sat in the swing bar seats at Duffy’s in the afternoons. We visited the old ceiba tree both morning and evening as the blossoms only open at night. We hiked the sugar mill ruins, experienced snorkeling at Punta Arenas Green Beach, found sea glass near Isabel II. There were so many other fun excursions! We took in the local flavors from several food trucks all over the island as well as Bili’s restaurant which is just a short walk from the house. This home was the perfect base for all we wanted to see and do. Everything we needed was provided.

Had a lovely return to Vieques after last coming 15 years ago. Place was very nice and conveniently located.

Almost everything about this stay was great. Property, location, amenities. The only draw back was the property lists a hot tub, but it wasn't operating when we visited, so if it's not operable, would recommend taking it off the list of amenities.

Our family enjoyed staying in Esperanza while visiting the beaches and bio bay. This house was the perfect location, we easily walked to our bio bay tour and downtown for dinner. The house had everything we needed and had a cozy little island vibe we loved.

We were very happy with our stay here. It is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, a nice hotel, and a convenient store. We were very glad that we had rented a car because it is so easy to get around the island. The house has some rough edges, shutters that don’t close, no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. and no way to open windows. Also, bring earplugs, good earplugs, because the roosters are crowing even in the middle of the night. But another plus is that the kitchen has some of the basics so you don’t have to go to the store to get salt pepper, etc. When we had any issues, the owners were very responsive. We loved our time on Vieques’

Our family of 5 stayed for 1 night so we could go to the bioluminescent bay. The house was clean and walking distance to restaurants and the meeting point for the bay We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location within walking distance to local restaurants, a small grocery store, and all the bio bay tour companies, but on a quiet residential street. Very comfortable, perfect kids bedroom with bunk beds and all the amenities.

Perfect for our family of six. This was the perfect location for easy access to the bio bay tour and all things Esperanza. The house was clean and comfortable. Hosts were communicative. Exceeded our expectations. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay, the only glitch was Vrbo's fault for listing a different property owners phone number than the actual owner so checking in was initially confusing. Once we got it all straight, it was super easy and beautiful! Wish we had more time

The photos and description online didn’t quite do justice to how lovely the place was! The amenities of the home were excellent. Even with the significant heat we were cool with the air conditioning. Appreciated the smart tv and solid Wi-Fi. There was so many delicious mangoes to eat too! The location was perfect- easy to get to the malacon. Would definitely return!

Great for the bio bay. Cozy. Horses were fun. Lots of roosters. Close to the beach and food trucks.

We stay to participate in a sport event and the place was just perfect. We were close to everything and the house had everything we needed and more. Will be back soon!!

House was in good condition. Location was good for easy access to restaurants. Neighborhood is OK.

The location of the property was perfect. Walk to town for swimming, coffee, dinner. Short drive to playa Caracas which was like a mini playa flamenco. Horses and chickens abound. The kids loved hanging out with them. There was even a cow meandering downtown the morning we left. Highly recommend this trip.

We took the ferry and rented a jeep to explore Vieques for two days and two nights. This spot fit the bill for our family of five. We were two blocks from the beach and restaurants and one block from a general store/market. The draw was the Biobay Tour, and this house was a block from the meeting spot. So the location and basic needs all were on-point. The only drawbacks would be loud roosters disturbing sleep and some minor plumbing issues on the island during our stay. Neither of these would be a reflection of the hosts. They were reliable and responsive. Overall, a great stay.

This home had everything you need and was so close to the beach and restaurant. Plus I love the welcome board that they put up which shows your name; such a nice touch.

What to say, firstly the host Glenda is perhaps the most communicative Host we have ever encountered , she answered all of our questions in a very timely and thorough manner! The home is a perfect little beach house located in the best location to hit all the best beaches Vieques has to offer! It was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers) we crushed the Beaches all day, went back to the house and slept and got up in the morning and made breakfast , packed our cooler with picnic items and rinsed and repeat all week! If you’re traveling to Vieques to do a beach vacation this is the spot! Thank you Glenda and Team, we had so much fun and created so many great memories!

My husband and I stayed here with friends for a long weekend. The townhome is beautifully decorated and a great place for relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy for us to enjoy charcuterie boards and breakfast in the mornings on the dining table. Lauren, the property manager, is super responsive and very professional to deal with. The location can’t be beat, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby!

The house is wonderfully located within walking distance to restaurants ad shops and short drives to many of the best beaches. We found the property very clean and adequately appointed. Most importantly, our host Glenda was highly responsive to all of my questions ahead of the stay.

I don’t know what was more surprising, the frog in the shower, the roaches in the kitchen or the varment living under the house. All kitchen wares were filthy, no working space and unuseable glass kitchen table. Broken toaster, unuseable ice trays and soiled furniture. Advertised as handicapped accessible, NOT!!! Gross backyard. No Mountain View Photos available upon request. Disappointed in VRBO! It was ICKY!!!😖

Lovely little home, plenty of sleeping space. Easy walk to the beach. Owners were responsive and helpful. I would probably stay here again but but do have to express some frustration over the premium cost for a one night stay when the only bathroom/toilet overflowed on us and left us without facilities. Owners acknowledged they had been having trouble since the prior week when another renter put paper towels down the toilet and they had a plumber out just the day before; they thought it would be fixed in their defense. They did immediately responded, sent a plumber out that evening, but the plumber was unable to fix the problem and we were without any toilet the entire evening, night, and following morning yet still charged for a full stay. We essentially had to get up in the morning and make a bee-line for a restaurant so everyone could use the facilities. Again, lovely place. The owners were nice. They responded very quickly. The place is clean, the property is nice and safe/secure. Easy access to everything on the seawall area. Not really their fault on the toilet but was surprised at the rate we paid to be without a toilet. As expected, mosquitos inside the house were a problem. Lots of chickens/roosters on the island but owner kindly put ear plugs by each bed; we live in the county and didn't need them as the roosters were not bad. But really could have gone camping for 1/10th the expense all things considered.
