It was an amazing stay! I must say we thoroughly enjoyed there. Great staff! Very polite and welcoming. They are very prompt too. Delicious food! Lip-smacking everytime!

Rooms are really neat and tidy. The bed is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is nice though the varieties can be further added. The hotel is not overcrowded at any point in time.

The location of the hotel is accessible.

As we entered, some staff were having intoxicants (hookah etc.) at the reception. They insisted to pay the entire booking amount even before seeing the room. The room was average, not well maintained, having a foul smell of rats, the washroom was not clean. We asked for another room which was not provided and we had to stay in the same room. This has been my worst experience of staying in a hotel. The booking was done inclusive of breakfast. But they refused to serve breakfast inspite of making requests and talking to the manager. They insisted saying there was some updation problems on the app. Overall the service was terrible. Not recommended at all.
