We were in for my son's graduation. The property manager went out of her way to communicate with me, even went as far as to help me find a caterer and bakery! This house was fantastic and a great location to the college!

The house was perfectly clean and comfortable, and everything was as promised. The host is very friendly, attentive and responsive and she went above and beyond to make sure things at the house were just right. Highly recommend!

Property and location are key and this has both. The pool was an added feature to enjoy.

This was the perfect spot for us the neighborhood it’s quiet I’m perfect for families! Was not that far from the beach and the pool is perfect for an after beach dip! Thank you for sharing g your home with us! Beds were comfortable in place was very clean.!

We had a great time. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager checked in a few times making sure all was well and offering some advice on local activities. The kids really enjoyed the on-site pool. We were within easy distance to the beach and other activities

Kim was very responsive and her place was so enjoyable and well equipped if you like to cook.Pool was a plus and so relaxing and the 4 of us had a great time.This property is a keeper and would return to stay there again.See for yourself.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s house very much, it was nice to sit by the pool in the morning with our coffee!! Kim’s house was very well stocked with all different items that a lot of people might forget to bring!! We would definitely stay again at Kim’s house!

We really enjoyed this property has it had ever were looking for, the family was able to spend time on the deck, beautiful stars above really nice. The interior was decorated very nicely. The bedroom set up worked perfectly for our family. Only great things to say it made us think about coming back again in the summer

What a wonderful time my family had! We visit RI every year and this was our favorite stay. The kids had a blast in the pool, we were so close to bay campus beach, and we loved the neighborhood. Kim was super easy to work with and communicative. The house has everything you need and more. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay in the home and made many memories with our cousins that live close by. We had one mishap with a bed and it was fixed within a day plus some accommodations. I would suggest this home to anyone looking at staying in RI.

All the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved playing in the pool. Walked on the beach that was close by. Overall it was a great place to stay. The owner was easy to contact and very nice.

The location is a short easy drive to multiple beaches and having the pool allowed the kids to keep playing in water while the adults relaxed after the beach and got dinner ready. The neighborhood was great and allowed the kids a safe, easily manageable (would have been hard to get lost) place to ride their bikes. Kim was so easy to work with and accommodating and was clearly focused on making our stay a wonderful experience. All together the experience was exactly what you want for a vacation- easy and relaxing. We are already looking at what week we will be back next year!

Every aspect of our reservation was great. The check in was super easy, communication was great, and the house had everything we could need to enjoy our time there. Doesn’t hurt to be so close to a great ice cream shop either.

The house was amazing and very clean. It had everything you could possibly need. The owner was very sweet and accesible for everything we needed. I would recommend renting this house because we had the best time ever. We didnt wanted to leave. For sure we are going to rent again enxt summer.

This was a perfect vacation. We relaxed, swam in the pool, ordered out and had a fantastic vacation despite Covid 19. Everything is in this beautifully decorated house that you could ever need. to be able to switch gears and rejuvenate. Kim was an excellent hostess and attended to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property even if you are from Rhode Island (which I am).

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Our group of four adults and four children ages 4-8 really enjoyed relaxing poolside, grilling, and playing in the backyard. Kim was a conscientious host and a great communicator. The house was very clean with comfortable linens, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and appreciated being able to get our groceries delivered. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Kim’s house! Every little detail was though through. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and had everything needed for cooking. The beach is close and great but may be too cold for swimming. But how lucky we were to have the pool where the kids spent hours enjoying themselves! Kim was also an amazing host, answering questions and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will be back!
