Very spacious and great layout! 6 bathrooms made everyone showering much easier then other places we’ve stayed in the past. Communication and check in was a breeze!

Loved the property. Plenty of space for our huge group. Short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood. Only complaint was that the floors were dirty. Our feet were black every night when we went to bed.

Great place to stay

The home was beautiful. Very welcoming and warm. When we arrived and did our check in walk through we did notice some trash under few beds but overall is was clean. Pool was a little smaller than expected but 6 kids in our family still had a blast. The layout was perfect for our family size. The beach rental credit was plus. Communication with management was great responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property.

Communication with the agency was incredible. The layout of the house is great for congregating as a large group. There was more parking than advertised and the location was ideal. Definitely would stay again

This is a perfect property for groups of friends and families. While not ‘fancy’, it feels very homey and is well laid out. The king suites are great for everyone to have their own privacy, and the multiple gathering spaces (one on the main floor, one on the middle, one in the large top floor bedroom, plus two balconies) mean we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The main floor couch was the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on, beds were comfortable as well. The pool area is not huge and only gets sun for part of the day, which may or may not work for your family. The outdoor half bathroom has a glass door without a curtain which was a little weird, but the two women in our group just used the indoor bath. Location near the beach was excellent, neighbourhood felt very safe. There were a couple maintenance issues which unfortunately were not fixed while we were there, but they were small / did not interfere with our trip, and the communication from the property manager was good. Overall, we would absolutely return to this property.

House was clean and well suited to two families with children of various ages. Would happily go again.

Property was perfect for a large group. Fairly clean on check in. Great location to the beach. Some of the local homeowners were borderline annoying but overall nice stay
