Great house and location! Views were beautiful and home was very clean and comfortable. It had more of a large cottage feel. It was perfect for what my family needed. However we missed our coffee in the morning. Coffee makers were both broken and old but was told they would be replaced. And One shade was broken in living room. So hopefully both will be fixed for the next guest. Other than those few things it was a wonderful few days! Thank you!

The location is excellent and the house is perfect for a family vacation. Private stairs lead down to a great beach for swimming and surfing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun beach vacation.

10 out of 10.. This location was hands down outstanding! From the views, easy access off the freeway an the spread outspace of the houses floor plan. I will definitely recommend this location and come back in the future to stay at this house.

Easy booking, clean upon arrival, exactly as described in the listing. 5 adults and our 2 small dogs thoroughly enjoyed this rental! Perfect location, views and stocked kitchen. The secure yard was wonderful Everyone had a great time! The house is older but clean inside and out. It's a bit quirky but we loved the beach vibe! We will definitely be back!

Magnificent property on a bluff with its own private stairway to heaven and to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves in the wind, heavenly! Property was exactly as described except better! Perfectly clean, perfect location, can’t say enough good things!

This was our second stay at Beacons. This trip was just as amazing as the first. Ocean views for days, well kept house and property, and everything within walking distance…you can't beat it! Thanks for sharing this amazing home with us!

Perfect location with huge deck right on the ocean. Great for families & close by to everything from restaurants to shopping & everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We loved it!!

We stayed here four nights with a total of six adults. There was ample space, including multiple living areas for us to spread out or spend time together, depending on each person's mood. Sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves was a highlight, for sure. We enjoyed watching the surfers in the morning and even saw dolphins right out back two of the days! The neighborhood is great and we had no trouble parking in front of the house. We hardly used the garage because the street parking was so convenient. There are several restaurants within walking distance too. The stairs to the beach are well maintained but there are a lot of them so be ready to get your steps in. One piece of advice: if you have any issues during your stay, be sure to call the property management company by phone. We had a broken lock on the way to the beach. I got nowhere by text and got a completely unrelated auto-reply when I tried to contact them through the VRBO app. Once we got them on the phone, they sent someone out fairly quickly to check on the issue. It was several hours and another phone call before we actually had someone there to fix it but things definitely went better by phone.

Everything was as advertised. The only problem is that the beach below the house does not allow dogs which was a significant disappointment. Had we known we had to drive several miles to the dog beach we would have rented something on or closer to that beach. It would have been polite to have informed us as they knew we were bringing a dog.

Granted, the 150 steps are a bit tough but absolutely worth the journey through the thick foliage. We were able to park our two cars in front of the house on the street because neither one of them fit inside the garage. The outdoor furniture was really comfy and we loved watching the sunsets. The best view ever

We spent a short (3 nights) few days at this beach house, and it was perfect for our family of five. There was enough space for everyone and a lovely deck where we ate most of our meals. This stretch of beach is a bit less rocky than nearby beaches and was not at all crowded during our stay. The house is in good shape, not perfect but it's a beach house and definitely exceeded our needs.
