Well placed halfway between city center and airport (bus line 16 + alternate routes, if needed). Supermarket, pub and restaurant very close. The hosts make you feel welcome and provide many helpful information. Room and breakfast have good value for money.

Missing towel racks or hooks in the bathroom and in the rooms. A hair dryer would be welcome.

We liked in morning chat with Gordon during breakfast. He took care of everything all alone while Margaret was away. Especially, we enjoyed lying down on the bed (very comfortable) under those roof windows when it's sunny.

Margret and her husband are very kind people. Accommodation is comfortable and in good location. It was clean. Very good deal for the price. Thank you! You can have some youghurt, bread, cheese and ham, tea&coffee for the breakfast.

House is little bit cold ale there was no hot water when you want to take shower at night.

The breakfast is quite complete; you can get enough of it. Very comfortable and warm beds. Amiable and kind owners of the house. We were given maximum attention as guests; we were constantly taken care of.

Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and kind. They were helpful with setting up a cab for our return trip to the airport and had advice on good places to eat and visit. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed talking with our hosts and enjoyed getting to know them.

We had a great time at Killowen. The owners of the house are very sweet and helpfull. Also the location is great. My son was feeling very comfortable.

Excellent room and comfy beds. We had a great stay at Margaret's house. Really close to the airport and next to differents bus stops to city centre. Highly recommendable. We arrived a little bit late at night and we had no problem. Hospitality was awesome and helped us with doubts about how to move around. Really good conversations with the family. Breakfast included was fantastic.

We arrived at Kilowen late on a Friday evening following a 30 plus hour trip from Australia. We were promptly greeted by the hosts Gordon and Margaret who quickly got us settled. We were hungry and it was raining and Gordon kindly drove us to a local pub where we enjoyed a great meal. Gordon and Margaret are salt of the earth people who went out of their way to ensure that our stay was hassle free and enjoyable and were both a minefield of valuable information. I can certainly recommend staying here.

Margaret and Gordon are really nice and helpful, give you lots of tips regarding transport and such, very accomodating as we arrived late. The house was quite clean and breakfast is simple but more than enough.

The location was all right but the breakfast was a joke. It consisted of a partial loaf of bread in the wrapper, a package of lunchmeat, and a package of sliced cheese. This was all just set on the table and everyone was supposed to use their fingers to pick out what they wanted. Extremely unsanitary.

The host answered the door in her bathrobe saying she was very sick and then proceeded to cough all over us. She claims she didn't have covid, but two days later I came down with it and the same horrible cough she had. She made no attempt to stay away from the guests.

Location: Nice and safe residential locality with just 15 mins. Bus drive from the Airport and easily accessible to different bus connections just 5-10 mins. walk away, which take you straight to the city center within 30 mins. Breakfast: Amazing selection of all the basic stuff and one can cook fresh meals in the Kitchen if needed. We were travelling with a 3 yr old kid so it met all our expectations and requirements. Hosts: Wonderful and very hospitable and lovable Hosts with a lovely and cozy House.
