The house is immaculate! 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms is the best! 2 golf carts was a must for us, you never have to get back in your car. The kitchen is huge and was the perfect place for us all to hang out. This was our 3rd time staying in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and it is hands down our favorite! The beach, pools, Baytowne Wharf, grocery store, restaurants....all right there! Last but not least, the ownwers are the best. We had a few questions in the beginning and they always responded quickly. We highly recommend.

This was our 3rd stay in Sandestin and our 2nd in Vila Largo. This home has luxurious updates throughout the home that made our stay great. Nice little view our the back and great proximity to Baytown Wharf with lots to do especially with little kids. Having a second golf cart was a great bonus especially with a larger group.

This is such a beautiful house! It exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in sandestin gold and beach resort many times and this rental is now our favorite. The two golf carts were so nice to have and the house is very clean and organized. Hosts were very nice and responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again!

The house was just as described and they have thought of everything you could possibly need from the golf carts, beach supplies, and a well stocked kitchen. Communication was great the entire trip from checking in to leaving the property. Would definitely go back again!!

This property is perfectly located in San Destin Village - literally a few steps from a pool, a 2-min golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf and 6-min golf cart ride to Grand Boulevard shops and restaurants. Ben and Kim were very responsive and had the property in tip top shape for us. Highly recommended.

My family and I have visited Sandestin for over 15 years. This property is perfectly located in Villa Lago - literally a few steps from a pool. Ben and Kim were very responsive and the property was very clean and accommodating. The owners provided everything that we needed! Highly recommended. We will return soon.

The home is very accomodating for a larger, more grown up family. Very near the Baytowne Wharf area at Sandestin and the marina. The pool is smaller, but was nice for us throughout.

The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We have stayed in Villa Lago several times over the last 8 year and will stay at this home again. Having golf carts make the stay even better for running around the resort. We had one small issue and the owner got it handled asap to keep our good time going.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Only reason for 4 stars was we had to have several repairs during our stay. If not for those inconveniences we would rate it 5 stars. Luckily the owners were very responsive.

I spent a week at the house with my family and some of my daughters friends. The house was absolutely amazing in its ability to accommodate a large group of guest comfortably. The house is very well appointed and the upkeep is outstanding! The family is specially enjoyed the two golf carts provided to venture around Sandestin with ease. You can’t go wrong with this house, we will certainly be back !

Such a great property! We take an annual October beach trip with family and we all agreed this house was great. The layout was good and my kids loved the bunk room! It had a well stocked kitchen and an abundance of towels. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Would totally stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed staying here very much. The place was perfect! Very spacious and decorated beautifully. Having bathrooms for every bedroom was great. We loved the golf carts, it was so nice to have everything you need on the resort. Baytowne Wharf was close to our place and we enjoyed the entertainment, activities for kids, fireworks and we ate lots of ice cream at Moo La La. It was nice to have all the beach chairs, coolers and toys for our family. We hope to visit and stay here again. Thank you!

We rented this property for a joint family vacation and absolutely loved our stay! The house is gorgeous and the owners were very responsive to any questions I had. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals during the trip & the grill on the patio was an added bonus. The 10 min golf cart ride to the beach was fun, we really enjoyed the access to the golf carts to explore the Sandestin Resort community. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Overall the property listing is exactly as described. This location is one of the larger homes in the area and had all of the amenities needed for adults and children. Both the beach and entertainment are just a short golf cart drive away, which was really convenient. The location is near both a Publix’s and Walmart, so this allowed us to gather all items needed for our trip. The great part about this location is each room had its own bathroom and each room had their own TV. The living room, kitchen, and dinning room were very spacious, which provided enough space for everyone to move about. The beds were very comfortable, which made for great night sleep. The pantry was stocked with many items when we arrived and the upstairs laundry room had plenty of beach towels for us to use for the beach. Not so good: During our stay we encountered a few issues that the owner did their best to remediate. The first issue was with the larger golf cart, the tires were bald and it drove really rough. I informed the owner of the issue and Ben worked to resolved the issue quickly. By the next day the tires were replaced, but the golf cart still made a loud noise when we drove it, so we just had to deal with it during our stay. The blind in the upstairs bedroom near the balcony was broken and wouldn’t open. The morning we left the internet was no longer working even though checkout wasn’t until 11am, so we were unable to watch TV downstairs prior to us leaving the house. The facet button to go from spray to solid stream would stick, so we had to use a knife to unstick it.

This property was perfect for our large family! Size and Location were perfect! We were a little nervous staying on the bayside, but you literally take the golf carts EVERYWHERE! Golf carts to the beach, shopping, dinner, golf courses…never have to use your car. It was perfect!! Highly recommend!

This house worked out fantastic for all of us. The four bedrooms and four baths provided all the space we needed for four couples and our new granddaughter. The two golf carts have everyone extra ways to travel about the resort and enjoy or week.

The home we rented as more than adequate for our needs. We have a large family, 6 children, and our in-laws stayed with us as well. So we had 10 people on property and it was more than enough to satisfy our needs. The home was clean, provided more than adequate sleeping arrangements and was well positioned for what we wanted to do on vacation. The home is located, in close proximity, to the Village area within SanDestin. We spent a good portion of our time in the Village area whether it was for a meal, treats (ice-cream) or activities. In addition, we played golf (home located within a 5 minute drive of Baytown and Raven Golf Courses), rented a boat (home located within a 5 minute golf cart ride to Marina), and ate dinners at the Grand Boulevard complex. The pool was also a fantastic get away for our younger kids (3 kids, ages 6 to 3). I originally thought the distance to the beach (about a 10 minute golf cart ride) was going to be a pain, but honestly it wasn't. The house came complete with chairs and toys and we frequently went back and forth to the beach with different sets of kids. It never seemed to be too much effort despite the difference. In all, this was a well equipped home perfectly situated for all the needs we had as a large family.

This property was very nice, clean, spacious, & convenient. Owners were very nice to work with & prompt at getting back with you. Nice neighborhood with lots to do within that community but also convenient to Destin. Having 2 golf carts definitely a plus & kitchen stocked w/just about anything you needed. This trip was very enjoyable & look forward to returning.

Beautiful house with anything you needed supplied. Quiet location and golf carts gives you ability to leave cars parked all week. Very close to the Village so shopping and dining convenient. Owners were great and quickly answered questions.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable for our whole family. The two golf carts made our time in the community so much easier and fun. We didn’t really need to use our car once we got to then home. I can’t say enough about how pleasant and helpful it was working with Kim. This house was cozy, comfortable, and spacious for our family vacation. It was equipped with every amenity and the owners were very helpful. Two golf carts allowed us all to travel together to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The grands loved the bunk beds and watching the turtles and dragonflies around the lily pond off the back patio.

Our family absolutely loved this property. The layout was perfect for our family of 9 and the bunk room was great for the kids. The house is decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows! Having the two golf carts was an added bonus. Being able to jump on them to drive to the beach, grocery store or just exploring made it so easy and fun. Communication with the owners was super easy and responses were extremely fast. Would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to family and friends!

We travel to Destin annually and always stay on the San Destin property. We were excited this year just the same as the pictures of the property were beautiful and in person didn’t disappoint. Kim and her husband set the home up wonderful and we’re so sweet to work with. Very responsive to our questions. And we LOVED how stocked the home was. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

We had an awesome week in Villa Lago. The house was beautiful and spotless. The two golf carts seemed newer with good batteries. We all loved riding those around to the beach and Publix. We loved how the house was stocked with many items such as beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc. The owners were very easy to work with and we’re quick to respond to any questions. We had one small issue and they were very quick to help solve it. I would highly recommend this place!! One of the best experiences we have had.
