The property was very, very clean and had everything we needed, beach towels, soaps, hair care, hair dryer, spices, kitchen gear, grill, propane, etc.. The kayaks and paddles with life vests were an added bonus. A wagon would be great to help transport the kayaks. The beds were all comfortable. The community has a lot to offer. The beaches and lake are very nice as was he activity center, walking trails, etc. The stairs are quite steep in the condo. The only two things I would recommend is to put darkening curtains in the bedrooms as it was quite bright at 5am and some brighter lighting over the dining area and kitchen. Very minor things that would have a big impact. We look forward to staying again in the future. Really great place and hosts. We loved staying there.

Property was consistent with description. Easy access to Eastman walking trails and water. Kayaks in good shape. Kitchen nicely equipped even if small - which we expected for this condo floor plan. It’s fine, it just means one cook needs to take the lead! Property has more than enough indoor entertainment resources for rainy days too: arcade games, rower, streaming services, pool table.

We were in NH for a graduation at Dartmouth. It worked well for the graduation. I thought the place would make for a fun family getaway. The lake, the community amenities, and overall natural surroundings were great. The place is larger than it looks, too. It allowed all of us to spread out.

The property was very clean an spacious. The house is furnished with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the lake. And we loved the welcome gift of wine, chocolate, and maple syrup! Highly recommend and we would definitely book again. Thanks Kim and Marcus!

This was my second time staying in this condo there is nothing bad to say about it, it is just amazing. Marcus and Kim are great hosts and provide a very clean and spacious condo to stay in with everything you need trust me you don't have to bring much because they thought of everything. There was also a couple of additions that were added such as 2 air conditioners and curtains in the basement level. We had a great week with nice weather so we were on the beach daily and kayaking. Thank you so much Marcus and Kim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, hope to be back next year

We enjoyed our stay, but two things need addressing. There is no light above the dining room table, so playing cards or other games is difficult and it’s rather gloomy in there as a result. The outside deck gets lots of sunshine, but there is no umbrella for shade. And there is no view of the lake, as advertised. No view of water at all in the summer, and in the winter one can only have a view of the end of the inlet, that’s all. I was disappointed, as I expected a lake view. , However, the owners were delightful and very helpful.

We loved our weekend getaway. Cozy home and has everything you need and more. Loved the blanketsbedding and nice bathrooms. The table top arcade game was fun! My 13 yr old Son was mesmerized with the old fashion games! Having a wood stove was amazing. We cuddled up and watch movies. The place was very clean and in a neighborhood that we didn't get to explore, but would have loved talking a walk around the lake. Next time!!! We went skiing at Sunapee instead.

Marcus and Kim were great, responsive hosts, and their property is spacious and well kept. It is even nicer than the pictures! I have rented many places through online platforms over the years, and this place stood out for how clean and well stocked it was, and how welcoming the hosts were. I definitely recommend it!

The condo was very clean and enough room for me and my husband and two adult daughters. The kitchen had nice appliances and had everything we needed to cook. A minute walk took us to the kayak launch where we also took out our paddle boards. Another couple of minutes took us to the best beach on the lake. We were greeted by a welcome card by Kim and Marcus, a bottle of red wine, champagne, cupcakes, champagne and NH maple syrup. Eastman Lake is a little known gem and has special memories for our family. We were glad to stay in such a nice place to enjoy it for week. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Kim and Marcus!

This lovely condo is an immaculate and comfortable choice for anyone! I was there for a very rainy 10-day stretch in mid to late July with only one beach day, but still had a wonderful vacation!! This fresh, relaxing condo is located adjacent to the walking path and kayaks are under the deck for your use. The hosts have very thoughtfully prepared for their guests. Comfy beds and updated baths were sparkling clean. We enjoyed the sounds of nature from the deck and watched movies/shows on the Apple TV. The lower level is newly done and there is a really sweet entertainment area and pool table. Great for a family or friend group! Plenty of extra bedding, fluffy towels in the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked, too. Special treats left by the hosts were a welcome gesture, especially the Prosecco and local maple syrup! Everything was as/better than expected (only suggestion is adding screens for windows on the lower level to let in fresh air). Although we were unable to use Siri -- she couldn't connect to internet -- we chose not to bother our hosts who I'm sure would have resolved it! Honestly, you can't go wrong with this Eastman condo in any season!

We had a great time staying in this home in Eastman. The place was exceptionally clean upon arrival and we were surprised to find 2 bottles of wine, chocolates, 4 cupcakes, and a bottle of maple syrup for us on the table. The home is very spacious and comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates , glasses, pots, pans, and plenty of spices to use. It did rain a good amount of the time we were there but being inside using the HomePod to listen to music and the Apple TVs to watch shows and movies kept us busy. Also the basement level is the highlight of the home with a pool table and wet bar with bar stools and plenty of outlets to plug things in trust me you won't need an extension cord. The location is great in part of the west cove which has a few beaches to walk to and easy to find by walking the trail directly in the back of the home. We had use of 4 kayaks and life vest during our stay and we were able to use them a few times when the weather let us. The owners were easy to communicate with and really made this a great home to stay in at Eastman, I would def. rent again in the future. If your thinking about staying in Eastman and this place is available don't hesitate to rent you won't regret it. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home Marcus and Kim :)

Eastman was a peaceful break. The townhouse was bright and clean, and the owners were responsive to inquiries. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Eastman Lake was restful and relaxing, as much as two grandsons (5&7) would allow! The condo is well stocked with high quality appliances and tasteful furniture. It was so nice to find a generous supply of teas, herbs and spices, and evoo and vinegars in the kitchen as well as ample supplies of TP, detergent, and soaps. The location directly on the west cove of the lake was lovely. We were able to enjoy the kayaks a couple of times and walked miles each day on the many trails. We used the recreation center a couple of times and it was nice, but I wish we had known beforehand that there’s a hefty fee for short term renters. The lake itself is lovely and quiet, but I imagine during peak summer time it gets pretty crazy. We also enjoyed exploring Brookside Park with its trails and amazing geological features. The boys spent hours climbing over rocks and through the little pools formed by the brook. Touring Dartmouth campus and Hanover was 20 minutes away, as was the little town of Lebanon. All in all this was a great spot for a safe getaway during the 2020 craziness.

This condo in the wonderful community of Eastman. The condo was immaculate and abundantly supplied with lovely bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates , glasses and pots and pans. There was nothing missing and many items like napkins, water bottles, storage containers , spices, olive oil etc. that are not often provided to renters. The condo is a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and the house comes with beach chairs and the use of kayaks. The beach was lovely and not even concerns about COVID could dampen our spirits. The people who live or rent in this community were all friendly, many walkers and hikers, and all respectful of others. Communicating with Marcus and Kim was always pleasant and they were easily available whenever we had a question. We hope to come back in the future.
