This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It is perfect for us. We had plenty of space to work and play. We plan to stay here again.

Clean quite place to stay near Grand Junction.

We stayed here the weekend of the Colorado Winefest and it was great! Communication with the owner was easy in answering our questions. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fireplace. Thanks for sharing your home Eric. Rich T

Property was well kept. We enjoyed our stay. I had read reviews so I was aware that this was a unit attached to the owners home. Not a problem at all, but just something to be aware of.

This was an amazing experience for us! From booking the property to moving in for a few days it was very easy to work with Eric (the owner) and the house was perfect: enough space for the 6 of us to sleep, eat, relax and enjoy each other in this beautiful setting. It exceeded our expectations! I have no reservations highly recommending this property to others!

This was the perfect place for our retreat. We were able to relax, work and enjoy palisade. It was very clean and had plenty of space. We plan on staying there again.

Everything was well cared for and house was more than adequate for all 14 members of our family. The patios were used for our birthday dinner and when a down pour of rain happened, no problem, we moved to the other one and partied on. One thing that would have helped is a handrail going into the house and grab bars inside tub//shower and one to use stepping out. My wife one of family and me have leg and walking issues. One more thing the freezer got cold enough but the refrigerator was not and the microwave in the kitchen turned off before the microwaveable item had finished. Thank you so much you made our 70th & 80th. Birthdays so much fun.

Perfect location and amount of beds/space for a nice group of girls for a girls weekend! Super clean and Eric was very responsive.

This was the second of three places we stayed in while our home was being repaired. Nice place with amazing views. Eric was great at helping with anything we needed. We will recommend this place to family and friends when they come visit. Super close to winery's, fruit stands, and all the Palisade charms.

We stayed here recently for a family wedding and the property was perfect. We had three families and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The game room was a hit and the backyard space was beautiful for relaxing evenings and yard games. We highly recommend if you’re looking for a CO wine country getaway.

The property was very spacious & clean & the beds were very comfortable. We had a group of 7 women & we didn’t feel cramped at all. It was nice to be able to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore. The outdoor space was very calm & relaxing & we enjoyed the fire pit one evening. The location was close to all that Palisade has to offer & Grand Junction was a short commute away as well for additional hiking & shopping if desired. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The property was great and a little secluded and there was plenty of space in and outside of the house Communication with Eric was great - easy - and immediate I would easily stay here again Dash especially with the group that we had as we were on a mountain biking trip

This was a great alternative to staying closer to Powderhorn Mountain Resort for our ski trip due to its proximity to other amenities. Also it fit our needs very well. It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Everything was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home enjoyed our stay.

We had an outdoor gathering with some friends and family and the back yard was just perfect. The views with the peach trees and bluffs in the background were terrific. The patio was spacious even with tables and chairs set up. Indoors there were comfy beds and lots of amenities to help us feel at home. It did get a little cramped when we had a meal inside with more than 8 people. Eric was very responsive and went above and beyond to help set everything up. Thanks!

Spacious home with great patio & a deck off upstairs bedroom. Ideally located for visiting Colorado Nat Monument, Grand Mesa & wineries. Very quiet.

We were in Palisade to celebrate our daughters 10th birthday - she loves peaches. This was the perfect house to stay in! Great for families (ping pong table a bit hit!) and beautiful views. Outdoor space was amazing! We were so happy with our stay and are so thankful we could all be together. Our daughter had a wonderful birthday!!

Just as advertised. Really enjoyed the views of Mount Garfield. We sat in the evening and enjoyed the stars and the solitude. Everything was neat and clean.

We had a family reunion in this beautiful home. This property is top notch and with Book cliff on Its background plus this is in the middle of an orchard, It was majestic and my relatives were really amazed and felt relaxed. Thank you Eric. This property is beautiful with large amounts of room! Perfect for groups of friends or families with children. The house was very clean with all of the basics provided. The property owners were very quick to reply and very accommodating for our trip. Our group noticed that this would be the perfect home if you had a family and children. I highly recommend this home!

Had a small group of friends travel for New Years and we had a blast. Not far from a ski resort and grand junction has plenty of restaurants to offer in the other direction. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone heading out to west Colorado!

This is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at! Very clean and the hosts are very accommodating and friendly! We were able to have our rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely perfect. The only thing that I was a little put-off by was that it isn't really stated in the description that you only get the "mother-in-law" suite and the owners are on site in the other end of the house. Other than that, this place was amazing, just wish I would have known before about owners being in the same house!

We really enjoyed our stay! The views from the backyard were spectacular. We enjoyed spending the evening outside, taking in views of the mountains and the orchard. While it wasn't in town, it was a super easy bike ride to get to downtown. We preferred staying here over downtown because it was cool to stay so close to a peach orchard. The property was clean and the owner was super helpful. One thing to note -- I thought when I booked it that we rented the entire house but there is a separate side of the house where either the owners or other renters live? It wasn't a problem at all, just something I didn't realize when I read the listing. Highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Palisade!

Perfect home for a large family and the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Being surrounded by the orchard with the backdrop of the book cliffs made for a great view during morning coffee. The owners are terrific! We will be booking again.

This was a great place to get away. It is a short drive to Grand Junction. It has beautiful scenery and is surrounded by an orchard. Good place for families!

Our son's groomsmen and their plus ones all stayed at this property. The owners were very easy to work with and are very nice people. Beautiful location and plenty of off street parking. We would rent again.
