This was a perfect place for our family of 5 to explore Bryson City and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We were celebrating our son's 14th birthday, and he wanted to go hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. He and his 11-year-old brother had their own bedroom and used the bathroom on the hall, while my husband and I had the master bedroom with ensuite bath, and there was room for our 20-month-old daughter to sleep in the pack and play in the corner of our room. The front and back porches were great places to sit and relax, very peaceful. The grownups and older kids really enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch while the baby napped, and after our first trip into town, we had the route memorized. It was so quick and easy, and all the kids loved Bryson City for the train, museums, cute shops and restaurants, and fishing from the riverbanks. It was only a few minutes' drive to the national park for hiking or to the Tsali mountain bike trails. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Nice private location that was clean and nicely put together. If you like to stay in a cabin that is not surrounded by others and well put together, this one is for you. Hot tub and location was perfect.

This lovely cabin is nestled in the woods yet super close to downtown Bryson City. The cabin has everything you could need for your stay and we will definitely come back again.

We loved this cabin. We were able to do things in Bryson City and at Deep Creek. We enjoyed fire pit and hot tub in the evening. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do and my daughter family did camp some, but was up in cabin to enjoy the evening time. This was a less stressful trip than when everyone has tent camped. I would stay here again.

we have stayed in this cabin a couple times now and it is a nice quiet spot close to town. We come to Bryson City area every year and enjoy the Deep Creek Tubing. Good Place and Nice People

This cabin was perfect for a long weekend in Bryson City! The location is very private, but close to many activities and beautiful scenery. So Clean! I always prepare for the worst (esp being pet friendly) and NO need-clean & very well thought out. Hope we will make another trip soon! Thanks

My family had a great long weekend stay! Everything is as described. It’s close to downtown BC as well as other area attractions as listed. Quiet, comfortable beds, and so convenient. We will stay here again.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! The cabin was absolutely perfect! It had all the amenities we could've asked for- well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with soft linens and towels. It was SO CLEAN and neat. Plenty of space for us to spread out in and store all of our belonings while still having the cozy feel. The hot tub and fire pit were also a big hit with us and our kids. We can't wait to stay again! If going to The Polar Express the location can't be beat- it's a short, 5 minute drive to all the action and downtown Bryson City! We would absolutely stay here again and can't wait to visit in the summer. Thank you so much for taking such good care of your property and keeping it up so nicely. The description is 100% accurate. It really is a treasure to stay in. The only thing that made me slightly nervous was the hill up to the cabin. For us Eastern North Carolinians, it was very steep and we had to put our van in "snow mode" to get up the hill, even though there wasn't any snow. I'm not sure our van could've handled the hill in snowy/icy conditions.

Would definitely consider visiting again

This property is close to town (and Deep Creek) but hidden away in trees so it feels like you were on the side of a mountain. This cabin has everything you could need including condiments and spices for cooking and firewood to roast marshmallows. We have stayed at the neighboring cabin that is owned by the same owner. Both were awesome!

We enjoyed how close it was to town. Great location for a home base! The cabin was wonderful, we loved everything about it. I will recommend the cabin to anyone who asks!

This is our 4th year visiting Bryson City and this was by far the best cabin we've stayed in. It was so cute, well decorated, clean, well stocked, just absolutely amazing. And Karen, the host, was the best. So nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!

The cabin is surrounded by gravel and there isn’t really a yard for the dogs to run if you are bringing dogs that need that. Ours are tiny so it worked well for us!

The cabin was near town but still secluded enough to feel private. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Very clean especially considering it was pet friendly. Our silky terrier came along with us and she very much enjoyed our stay as well. We will absolutely be back and stay again. The cabin was amazing! The view and the cabin itself, were so nice! It was super clean and very well put. The only down fall was the bed in the master bedroom. It was super hard and could fill the springs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

We enjoyed our family vacation! Not far from the city which is perfect for exploring a lil each day and also for the train(polar express)!! My 5 year old loved it!! Thanks so much for letting us stay!
