Overall clean unit, with great views. Needs cookware in the kitchen, very limited. Wish the property had a grill. Parking space was too small for our vehicle. Ocean views, fantastic. Enjoyed but could have a few things done better to achieve an outstanding stay

We had a relaxing time. The beach was amazing. We rented a cabana 2 days which was really easy and made our time on the beach enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo!

The pictures were very representative of the property. Everything was clean and new. We loved our stay of one month. We had one small issue with kitchen implements, but Jessica (Sandcastle Realty) took care of that in one day. There was an issue with teenagers messing with the hot tub, but the property management took care of that overnight. This is a great property, and you will love it. Everyone that manages this property is a professional. There is a maintenance man on site everyday, so there are no issues to worry about. We loved our stay.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious,clean. The view was incredible, being right on the gulf. Easy access, down gulf boulevard. Great restaurants in the area. You could walk to some. We would love to return.

Great place for 3 couples to stay. Newly renovated and very clean. Not sure why the pools closed so early but still a wonderful trip

Clean & comfortable. Living room seating nice for all. The rooms were a little small but it worked. 1 parking space was tough but we’re we able to secure free guest spots for the other cars. Would return.

We loved the penthouse. It was clean and roomy for 6 adults and one baby. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Location was great. Right on beach grocery within walking distance. Loved that we could walk to Sloppy Joes and Caddy’s right from the beach. The rooftop at the condo was great to watch fireworks on Fourth of July!

Tge property was as described. Spacious enough for our 4 adults and 3 children. Kids had plenty of room to run around and adults still had some privacy. Loved the ocean view, from the balcony or from the rooftop, it was wonderful. Our only complaint was the water pressure. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

This unit is spacious for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable which allowed for good sleep. View is great for sunsets. We visit Treasure Island a couple of times a year and stay on this mile stretch of beach. This is our second stay in this building. Beach is quiet, Publix down the street, a few places to eat within walking distance. John’s Pass is just down the road if you need your fix of chain food. The unit had beach gear that included chairs, kids toys, noodles, small cooler, and beach towels which made it very easy to hit the beach every day. We donated a boogie board when we left. The unit has the basics such as a small number of glasses, 4 coffee cups, and pans etc. There are no wine glasses The coffee maker is standard drip coffee so plan accordingly. No condiments are in the unit, also plan accordingly. The pool below the building is small but good for when the family needs a break from the sun. The only knock on this location is the unpredictability of the elevator. It worked for the majority of our stay. Another guest said they needed to call the fire department as they got stuck in the elevator. This issue is a common theme in other posts you’ll read. Visit Caddy’s if you miss the crowd, enjoy a drink, watch a sunset and often live music. Bar across the street from Caddy’s has live music as well, but smaller venue. Go to Island Grill on Tierra Verde for good food, local vibe (a lot of retirees), long happy hours. It’s a drive that includes a toll.

Oceana west is a great location with a beautiful view to the beach and evening sunsets. We had the 6th floor with 3 sliding glass doors off our living and bedroom to our Lani. The unit had a couple issues with a few floor pieces that were not properly seated and occasionally you would walk over them and they’d pop up. Needed a few light bulbs in the living room and Lani balcony. We stayed 5 days and had to run down garbage bags after day 3. Also didn’t have dish soup or laundry pods. I know these are somewhat small issues however for the cost per night we should not have been without. All in all would highly recommend this condo

We spent Thanksgiving at this property , staying 4 nights. Overall our stay was very enjoyable, the unit was clean and accommodated 5 adults and 2 toddlers well enough. Guest bedrooms and beds are small, so it was very tight setting up a pack n play for the baby to sleep in If you are taking multiple vehicles parking is very limited at this location, only one designated spot for each unit, and only 3 guest spots at the property across the street from the building we stayed in, so once the others parked there was no leaving.. Elevator went out the night before our check out so that was a bit of an inconvenience as we were on the 6th floor but thankfully the grandbabies had left the day before with all their large items.

We had a group of friends at the condo and it was perfect. Wonderful view, wonderful beach and the location was amazing. Went shortly after the hurricane and we were worried about everything, the management was amazing in reassuring us that everything was fine. Talked personally with the owner and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We will be back and definitely recommend this property.

The master bedroom was very nice and the balcony had a beautiful view. The second master was nice but no view to speak of. The condo accommodated 6 adults comfortably. The elevator was out the day we arrived (we were on the 6th floor!) and likely wouldn’t be fixed before we checked out on Sunday. I emailed the contact for an ETA in repairs and never got a response. I called to speak to some about it and had to leave a message. By the next evening I received a call that it was fixed! Overall it was a great place to stay and close to lots of places to eat and hang out.

A beautiful property 'on the beach' maybe the other unit inhabitants could be vetted better.

This was a great location for our friends vacay! Our only suggestion would be for there to be extra kitchen trash bags, dish soap, and more towels available.

We had a great time and great stay. If I had to suggest any improvements it would just be more water pressure in the sinks and cold water at the bathroom faucets. But no complaints. Well worth it!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Unit was clean and comfortable for a long weekend trip. Can't beat the balcony view (6th floor unit) and beach access. Fridge/freezer weren't working when we arrived, but maintenance arrived quickly to repair. Hot tub at West bldg was not hot, but hot tub across the street at the East bldg was fine. Minimal supplies are provided, so you'll likely need to bring/buy more: TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap/detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, coffee filters (It may be helpful to add this to the listing so guests can plan accordingly). Living room seating is comfy, but really only accommodates 4 adults. Third bedroom is listed as queen- has queen frame but double/full mattress.

Great location right on beach and in walking distance to restaurants!

Great location on Treasure Island. Perfect for families. We had 3 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space. Plan to buy supplies like paper products and laundry/dw soap but Publix is close. Roof top was fun and most of the time it was just us. Amazing sunsets and the staff was super friendly and nice

Wonderful property. Met all our needs with three teenagers. Ate in for breakfast hot the beach and enjoyed local nearby restaurants in the evenings. Made for a relaxing vacation.

Because the weather was not great, spent a lot of time in condo. Not enough comfortable seating for 6 adults, had to do dishes everyday as the minimum of coffee cups, silverware were supplied. 2 beach towels. The view was beautiful, nice walking beach, lots of places to walk to eat. Overall a good place, but not 5 stars.

The property was exactly as pictured. Balcony, beach and view were awesome. Check in was easy. Highly recommend this property. No issues.

Condo pictures are very deceiving. Smaller than appears on VRBO. In need of a great cleaning. Couch and floors dirty. Furniture uncomfortable on patio. Very few amenities like other VRBO's. For example, no coffee filters, 2 garbage bags. bathroom hand soap very cheap. No extras of anything to get you started on your stay. Great view; but the conditions of this VRBO are NOT worth the asking price I paid.

Treasure Island beach was amazing, and this condo couldn't have been in a better location. Within walking distance to grocery and restaurants, and of course to the beautiful beach! We could see dolphins swimming in the Gulf from the patio each morning. Everything we needed was there, just a fantastic vacation!

This property was excellent for our family visit for a nearby wedding. It was spacious, clean and right on a beautiful beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Lots of nice extras like beach chairs, noodles, a small cooler, hair dryer. Dishwasher and laundry make for easy clean up :)

We had a great stay. One of the bathroom was not cleaned well and the water pressure was low in the master. We had to deal with the unexpected black ant. But o er all we had a great stay and will be returning. It was close to everything and the water views was just amazing. So relaxing. Can't wait to return.

Very nice property, fit our crew of 8. Enjoyed being right on the beach and the views from the balcony. Perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets. Would definitely rent again.

Condo is perfect for walking to restaurants and stores

The location of this property is excellent. It's on a very wide and private beautiful beach, but the property is not as stated in the listing. The listing indicates that the property is new, and although it is not an older property, it has significant wear and tear (stained and broken furniture, dirty walls and floors, etc.). We went as a family and were expecting a higher end family property. This rental looks more like a spring break pad. The rooms are very small, and it is definitely not a high end unit. The worst part was just how beat up the place was and the kitchen had a serious ant issue which made having any food open and available impossible. We enjoyed our trip because we needed it after the last several months, but the rental was a major disappointment. I would not return because there are nicer properties in the area.
