Enjoyed our stay, clean house, nice neighborhood. Only disappointment was the hot tub didn’t work and we didn’t know until we were there. Other than that I would love to go again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean, and the furnishings were comfortable. The only disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not heated, which we didn't know until the day before our trip.

The house was in excellent condition and clean. The bonus of a pool after a hot day was perfect ending to our stay.

It was hard to leave. Martha and her team have everything dialed in. The pool temp and AC temp in the house were perfect - refreshing but no too extreme. Very neat house with modern, comfy furniture. Kitchen was fun to cook in. Martha was super responsive and had a local runner bring us a few things we needed. The zero-gravity lounge chairs by the pool were awesome. Also, we loved the diving board which is higher than the usual diving board and uncharacteristically springy. Plenty of privacy and some nice palms in the back yard too to calm the spirit. The tempurpedic beds were dreamy and no one heard anyone else snoring. :) Our teens loved having the master suite right off the hot tub. It was great to be able to give them their own space. The hall bathroom was plenty big for the rest of us. Oh, and the blankets were plentiful and snuggly. They seem to be everywhere you need them. Great time. Great house.
