Very cozy. Nana, the owner, was there everyday, taking care of the guests. The room has everything you need and is very confortable. Best cost benefit.

If you don't want to stay in the very touristy Vila de Jericoacoara (or don't want to sleep there your entire stay), and you don't want to stay in Jijoca de Jericoacoara (and have a long commute into the Vila or the ocean), the place to stay is the former fishing village, just outside the Parque Nacional de Jericoacoara called Preá. And if you are going to stay in Preá, Pousada Naná is the place to stay. You're 3 blocks from Preá Beach and can get to the "resorts" along the fresh water lagoon (Jijoca aka Lagoa do Paraiso) in a regular car or by taxi and you can get to the Vila by dune buggy or 4 X 4. There are inexpensive restaurants along Preá beach and around the corner from the pousada. Several supermarkets and stores in walking distance. A crafts market Saturday night until 10 p.m. Naná will help arrange dune buggy tours for the same price you would pay setting our from Jijoca or the Vila. The nearby Casa de Pedra restaurante and ice cream parlor is great for crepes and ice cream sundaes that will delight adults and children.
