Our accommodations were better than expected… The sleeping arrangements for our group of twelve (12) fishermen was excellent… The screened in porch was well utilized as was the fire pit… Access to the river was good and the fishing was very good…

What a lovely place to enjoy a birthday, beautiful spring weather and Easter weekend! There was plenty of room to enjoy the family. Loved the screened in porch, the fire pit and grill area, the fireplace and the library-game room space and most especially the gorgeous view!

Lovely home on the river. The view is beautiful. Grill and fire pit is perfect for outdoor cooking. The porch is awesome for early morning coffee enjoying the quiet solitude. Would definitely stay here again. There are plenty of beds for everyone to be comfortable and not be crowded.

This house was perfect for our entire family to stay together while attending a senior recital at Harding University.

I loved when driving in there was a literal herd of deer and fawn that stood by watching us drive by. Great sign of a peaceful neighborhood haha! This house was a perfect fit for our family. Huge beautiful and well stocked kitchen! Perfect for when my fiancé made a prime rib for my bday and my mom made a classic Mexican soup, Posole. We had dogs and a one year old and a three yo, they had plenty to do with the games, kids books and exploring the big house. Stairs were pretty kid friendly considering it being stairs. Wide and not steep for holding a toddlers handjust carrying them up and down. Screened porch was perfect for evening time, my only issue is there’s no working outside outlets, since it was so hot even at night we had to plug some box fans inside the house and put them in the screened porch. The path to the river is wild which is lovely too, and the steps were a little rough but I really like that it was kept natural. It does make the space less usable, but beautiful to look at. I had the master bedroom and it was a suite all to its own, huge bathroom and closet space, beds were comfortable. Overall, it was the perfect home to be w my family on my 35th birthday. I was accommodated for an early check in even though we left too late anyways to use it lolol love the home thank you so much for the love and effort that was put into this home.

This home is perfect if you are looking to book a place that roomy and really nice on the insides and aren’t as concerned with outside. The pictures don’t do the inside of the home justice. It was spotless and had a luxurious master suite and roomy spaces. Unfortunately it was really grown up outside behind the house to the river. The walkway down was super narrow with weeds and grasses waist high. I was concerned we would be snake bit on the walk back and forth to the river. Someone showed up to weed eat while we were there. There was also an old satellite dish just thrown off into the space by where the path was. Anyway, the space by the river does not look like the pictures online. Also, there is a highway right across the street from where you fish, and it is really loud. So while you may feel like you have escaped to nature, there is a loud traffic noice in the background. It is a great home if you are looking for a nice, roomy home to stay in, but don’t really mind what the outdoor space is like. We ended up fishing elsewhere and were able to find a quiet spot up river.

The property was great for all groups. My family consisted from age 8 to 86. Very peaceful....will definitely rent again.

Beautiful property, very personable management staff, and the home comfortable fit our large family.

The bedrooms were larger than the pictures online which was a nice surprise. The secondary bedrooms shared a bathroom (Jack and Jill style) which I don’t remember in the description. Not a big deal but definitely something we had to adjust too. Overall it was a great house with a nice kitchen and food storage for Thanksgiving. If we booked this again we would need to book another house so we could have more bathrooms and bedrooms for the 4 couples. Cheyenne was very accommodating and would respond to emails, calls or text immediately! So nice!

We stayed at this VRBO for a family wedding weekend, though the event was hosted elsewhere. We enjoyed the view and amenities, as well as the spacious kitchen area! The only negative we could say is that the mesh on the screen door leading to the firepit was nearly detached when we arrived, and fell the 1st night we arrived. Other than that we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time. Fishing was great and the kids could play in the river when they weren't fishing. The only inconvenience we had was in the kitchen. The microwave didn't work and hot water was very, very slow.

My family had a great time kayaking on the river, playing games, and just relaxing on the screened-in porch. The house is big enough for a large group to be comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Cheyenne at Ivy Vacations was so friendly and helpful.

We had a great time. House was able to accommodate 8 guys no problem. Wonderful location on the water with many fish caught....also deer everywhere! Would 100% recommend. Thanks, -Jay
