This is a nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood on James Island that is very convenient to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. The home features a spacious, open floor plan, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The coffee bar in the master suite is particularly nice if you need a private cup of coffee before joining your guests in the main part of the home. I would definitely stay here again.

A very functional, well stocked home for our family's vacation before our daughter left for service... Enjoyed the Charleston Tea Plantation -was a highlight!

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary trip and it was such a nice getaway! The home is clean, well-kept and in a quiet neighborhood that's far enough away from the bustle of downtown but incredibly convenient to drive into downtown and also visit Folly Beach! The bed was super comfy and everything felt like home away from home. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

The property was a great place to stay. It was convenient to the downtown and beach areas. We attended a wedding and had easy access to the activities for the week. I would book again in the future if I need to go to Charleston.

David and Deidra’s place is everything we needed it to be. Perfectly equidistant from most attractions in Charleston, yet tucked away from the “city” in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. My buddies and I had the best damn time celebrating my birthday in Charleston. Would return and would recommend strongly. 10/10 overall.

Me and my two sons stayed here for a few days ... it was a wonderful experience the home has everything you need ... it's a great neighborhood we felt very safe ! I would definitely recommend this home .. its super clean and spacious.. the master bedroom is awesome.

I had a group of 8 stay at this house for a bachelorette party and it turned out to be a really great find! The beds were really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it’s just a short drive to the beaches or downtown. The hosts were so communicative and provided tons of information for arrival, departure, activities, restaurant and bar recommendations. They also did not require tons of cleaning at checkout so that is always appreciated. I will say the only con is that the listing says there are three living rooms with couches/sofa beds and really there are just two. With having 8 people it ended up being fine, but if we had 9 as originally planned it would have been a bit tight.

David was a great host. The house was comfortable and clean, which allowed my family to concentrate and enjoy my daughters wedding.

This house was minutes from downtown in one direction, and the beach in the other. A quiet neighborhood at the end of the day. A clean house to enjoy, with great communication from the owner.

Dave was available to communicate with before and during our stay. The house was convenient to get to and from by car to the historic district as well as Fort Sumter, McLeod Plantation, historic district, King St and the market. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable for the four of us due to the separate master suite with built in coffee bar and private bathroom. Plenty of beds if we had more people with us. I recommend this place for a visit to Charleston

Very clean and comfortable newly renovated home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location. We were minutes away from downtown Charleston and Folley beach area. Highly recommend this home. David was a great host and we had good communication when needed. We hope to come back sometime and finish seeing the things we couldn't get to on this trip.
