We recently stayed at this property with my family (4) and our best friends (4). We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Brian was extremely helpful and accommodating. The condo was packed with everything we needed for tons of beach fun. We will absolutely be returning!

Amazing stay at dockside house! We had everything we need. We literally felt at home.The house was impeccable clean, The check in process was simple and fast, Bryan is a very kind person, he even welcomed us and gave us excellent recommendations about places we could visit, the best restaurants around. The house is only one block from the beach! It was the best vacation ever.

Everything I mean everything about this property is outstanding and exactly as described. Would love to return asap!

Great condo, decor and owner

This 4 bedroom condo is the perfect size for a large or smaller vacation group. The living area is open with plenty of seating and the way the bedrooms anchor the corners make it feel very private as well while sleeping or getting ready. The condo was fully stocked for cooking dinner or fixing lunch at the room with things such as salt pepper, spices, cooking spray and cookware. We loved the front porch that overlooked the bay and saw many morning dolphins enjoying the area water. Our check in went smoothly and the condo was immaculate Restaurants were all within walking distance and the ocean sand was a short walk

We are return renters of Bryan. We have developed a system where everything is on the Sykes Scale. We call it the S.S.O.E. (Sykes Standard of Excellence) & I am the unofficial President of his fan club. Cleanliness, Location, & Amenities, of his properties sets him above the rest. His attention to detail is unmatched and we have been vacationing since the mid 90's and have traveled extensively. We have not found anything in any location that comes close to offering what Bryan provides to his renters. My must haves are ample parking for our SUV with a topper, storage for beach gear, well stocked kitchen, extra towels and linens and enough space to accommodate my immediate family of 7 and my extended family of 8 (We are a party of 15). Bryan's properties check all those boxes and then some (the rooms are so large and the beds so comfy--and the bathrooms are high quality). He provides so many extra's from toiletries to trash bags to paper towels, etc. & all the other extras such as beach chairs, and beach towels, and toys, and beach wagons and umbrellas, and fishing gear, and toys! You really just have to show up and you are set for the week. Our little hidden gem has become so popular we rent a year out just to ensure we get our Piece of Heaven! The rating for both properties definitely exceed a 5 STAR!

Bryan was a very knowledgeable and helpful owner. He greeted us at the condo and gave us lots of information. The condo was very clean, centrally located and had everything we needed! It was spacious with great views. We saw dolphins most days. The pool was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. Definite recommend and would stay here again!

The beach was within walking distance however it was very crowded so we chose to drive down to the Palm Pavilion everyday. The beach was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Our family Made great memories staying here. The layout of the condo especially with young children for privacy was more than what I expected. The location was excellent we walked many places and enjoyed every moment of that walk.

Stayed during our grandkids spring break. This property is beautiful and location is great. Everything was as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to all communications. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family (6 adults, 4 children)! Cleanliness was top notch. Upon arrival, I opened a cupboard, looked at my husband and smiled, saying, “Wow, this looks like my kitchen! Everything is organized and in its place.” For me, personally, this sets the tone, and is a reflection of the owner’s pride in his property, and his desire to provide guest with a quality experience. Everything, and I mean everything, is within walking distance. The grandkids (and adults) loved the ice cream shop just across the street, and we made daily visits! ;) The pool is just steps from the condo, the beach and shops are within walking distance. The beach is very crowded, as one would expect, but we always found a great spot to settle in and let the grandkids play. The owner provides both pool & beach accessories, including a wagon for toting your stuff to the beach, which came in very handy. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, each one provided yummy goodness!! We had fun participating in extra activities like parasailing and the pirate ship cruise. We have made a trip to Florida a family event for over 5 years, and our stay in Clearwater was voted favorite overall!! Thank you Bryan!!

This was my second stay at Bryans property. First time with lady friends and thought my kids and grandkids would enjoy it and they did!!! Hopefully we can return next year

When we walked into the condo, I was so impressed with how beautiful it was. It was the nicest, largest. and cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in! It fit our large family comfortably and It was furnished with everything we needed. It was so so nice to be able to have access to the beach wagon, Chairs, toys and umbrellas for my daughters to play with on the beach! The location is amazing! You are literally within walking distance of ice cream shops. Restaurants, the beach, shops, Pier 60, and convenience stores. The condo also overlooks the harbor which has beautiful sunrises and we saw many dolphins right out our front door. Bryan was so attentive and quick and easy to communicate with— he was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. I highly would recommend this condo to anyone and we hope to return in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property and our stay. The condo itself was immaculate! Very clean. The property had everything we needed for our stay (beach accessories, kitchen utensils, laundry items). The property is in a great location just a block from the beach and to all other areas. The host of the property has great communication and was readily available if we needed him for anything. Absolutely recommend this condo!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to beach shops and restaurants! Beautiful condo -saw dolphins out front. Bryan was always responsive if we had a question. Greeted us when we arrived which was great! Loved the place !

I can not say enough great things about this condo. It is super clean, extremely well appointed. We cooked several meals and were surprised we had every utensil you could possibly need. It’s quiet and very comfortable. The owner is Very responsive if there is an issue- our tv was not working and he got us fixed up immediately. It is definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed. It is a very walkable community and the beach is just a few blocks away. Along with all the restaurants you could possibly want. Pier 60 is not far and if you want to get out on the water the rental places are very close by. I would stay here again for sure!!!!

THE CONDO WAS WONDERFUL. IT WAS SPOTLESS, IT HAD EVERTHING THAT WE NEEDED, AND THE DECORATIONS FOR THE HOLIDAY WERE VERY NICE. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THANK YOU BRYAN FOR YOUR SPECIAL TOUCHES.

I have rented on VRBO and this is probably the best place I have stayed. Bryan met me at the property and went over everything about the condo. I can tell he takes great pride in his property. My oldest daughter told me his decorator should win an award for interior decoration. This is really a big condo on the harbor side. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the street. You are literally in walking distance to 30 or more restaurants. Very good location for our family of 8. The condo has a really good floor plan so everyone can have their own space or get together in the main living room. Bryan, thanks so much for renting to us. We will be renting again the next trip to the area.

Good communication.

This place was more than what we could dream of. In the middle of all activities (food,nightlife, beach, etc) truly was a great experience for the group. Would highly recommend this place for others! Host was perfect, accommodating, had everything needed and ready for more!

Property was excellent. The area had something for everyone in the family. The manager was helpful throughout the week giving great advice and assisting with local services.

The location to the beach, shopping, restaurants was awesome. The unit was spotless, decorated perfectly very spacious and comfortable. Bryan was easily available for any issues that you may have. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect for our group of 7

By far the best vacation. We saw dolphins and manatees daily and even swam with them in the ocean. They swam from the rocks to the pier and we were only in knee deep water, a truly remarkable memory. We rented both properties from Bryan. He was a wonderful host who saw to our every need. His properties deserve a 10 star rating. He provides top of the line luxury from bedding to appliances to overall design. You will want for nothing on this trip. You only need to pack a bag because Bryan sees to your every need. We have a saying now within my family, "If it doesn't meet the Bryan Sykes test, than we don't want it". His attention to detail with his units and the quality of cleanliness should be a standard for every rental. I was almost hesitant to leave a review because once the masses discover this gem there will be a 5 year waiting list to even book the property. It really is that GOOD!!!

We had a great week away in Clearwater! This condo meet and exceeded all of our expectations, it fit our family of 9 perfectly, Bryan was so helpful, super friendly, and easy to book with! We were able to walk to just about everything we did, saw Dolphins each morning playing in the bay, had easy access to the pool, and the beach was a very short walk away! Our kids were able to fish on the dock every morning and in the evenings, which was great! The condo had everything we needed plus some, which was very nice since we flew down and had a toddler with us! I highly recommend this condo and working with Bryan!

After our long-planned 50th anniversary celebration fell apart because of Covid, we found this opportunity and time to gather the family of 8. This was the perfect location and place to stay. Bryan was a most gracious, accommodating, and thorough host. You couldn't ask for a better location for all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. So much is within easy walking distance. For most activities and needs, you wouldn't imagine driving and paying for the parking you already enjoy which is included at the Condo where you are staying. The dining choices within easy walking distance are amazing. The Condo is as beautiful and comfortable as all the pictures show. Highly recommended!

Very clean, close to restaurants and the beach. Loved having a dock for private boat charters. The owner was very helpful with recommendations.

We enjoyed the togetherness with our adult children and grandchildren and sister! The beach was close and we loved the calmness of the water, most days! There were so many great places to eat! It was "mom" clean! Great family vacation!
