Great layout of the house. Proximity to the beach and downtown. Quiet and peaceful.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location! Right off the causeway, easy ride to beaches, restaurants, and groceries. Easy to get to the mainland for more restaurants and shopping. The house was much more spacious than we expected and NOT cluttered, which we appreciated. Very clean and well maintained with lots of extras! Loved having the gas grill and washer and dryer. Short walk to the pool and docks. Very quiet neighborhood. Rob was easy to reach by email, prompt and very kind in his responses.

No shampoo/conditioner/body wash - only things not at the house, but Publix grocery store and other convenience stores were a quick drive away. We also had to pick up more laundry detergent because I like to keep up with my laundry and use fresh towels (there are extra towels at the house but we were there for 7 days). Like most of the houses on the island, very small “back yard”.

I went to evacuate from Tampa Bay due to Hurricane Ian. I plan to go back for vacation. The home was exceptionally comfortable and clean with a great location.

It was unfortunate my trip was not leisurely but I will stay there again to enjoy exploring Jensen Beach and the surrounding area.

Very clean and comfort.

Needed window shades in the bedrooms to block out the light from street lights at night.

Very well appointed home located a short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking out to the dock in the community and walking over the bridge to see the water. Tons of beach stuff (towels, chairs, boogie boards, floats, and sand toys) for visitors to use. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal and the location is very close to a Publix for groceries. One of the surprises was how fast the WiFi was- it was even faster than my own home and made working remotely a breeze. The owners really thought of everything- cable, Firestick for streaming, books, puzzles...something for everyone. Would stay here again.

The carpets were wet the first evening due to a short turn from a prior user that had a dog accident. Unavoidable given the circumstances.
