Very nice. Great location.

This was an expensive 3 day stay considering the missing amenities. We requested the spa to be heated and couldn’t get it above 85. We also tried multiple times to get the tv to work. Followed directions and reset boxes and nothing worked. We contacted the host multiple times during our stay on the app, text, call and did not hear back. It is run down compared to photos.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach- we had 4 kids (ages6-8) and they were able to make the walk back and forth easily. Loved the quiet street and all the different beach access points. The house is a decent size and rooms are spread out for privacy. The pool and hot tub were wonderful- we had trouble at first with heating but two days in a pool guy came and then it heated nicely. The place is good. Definitely needs some care (oven is terrible, doors stick, charcoal grill doesn’t have a grate, generally old and in need of some TLC), but we still had a great time and would generally recommend this property to others. Good kitchen space with an island for hang out time.

Another great weekend in St Simons. Weather was perfect, location within walking distance to East Beach. House a little dated and could use a revamp but location and pool/hot tub make this a great property.

This trip was perfect for an extended family fall break trip!

Great location, but house could use some TLC. The house wasn’t clean when we checked (apparently Vrbo didn’t let the prop. Manager know of our arrival) the property manager was contacted about the cleanliness but we never heard back. It was a prime location for restaurants and the beach…but the property felt a little neglected.

Great location! We’ve stayed at this house many times over the years and always circle back to it because the location is just perfect. Easy to get to East beach, easy to get to shopping areas, easy to hop on the sidewalks and walk to the marsh or down to the park. Do yourselves a favor and rent a golf cart while you are in town - back gate & alley make it easy to park and get to the beach with your gear loaded on the golf cart. Relax in the pool after a long, hot day at the beach. We will be back!

Very nice house, great location, wonderful street. Great kitchen, living layout, the inside of the house was clean. There were a few issues during the week, but the property manager did resolve. The pool had significant algae along the walls and bottom upon arriving Saturday, but was crystal clear by Tuesday following a Monday morning cleaning. Some good swimming time lost but in the end was fine. This was the most “worth mentioning” issue. Other small issues were handled quickly. Outdoor patio furniture is falling apart (chairs around table specifically) , needs repair or replacement. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property for our family to get together and be comfortable. Nice upgrades. Close to beach. Great pool.

Perfect for our stay.

We were extremely frustrated over the controls for the pool and spa, the spa got to 89 degrees and the pool warmed up finally by Saturday. I’d say good location and fit our group otherwise. (Could use some potholders)

Had a nice vacation in a great neighborhood. The house was nice, the layout a little choppy, but it worked. The pool heater was not working, which I wish we had been told ahead of time. The kitchen could be better stocked (the house sleeps 10, but there’s only 5 spoons), and had some trouble with some electrical outlets not working, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great experience staying at this property. Everything was perfect.

Perfect location for the beach! Just a short walk from the house. We had a group of older Girl Scouts and they had a wonderful time! Pool was lovely! House was spacious, clean and decorated nicely! Wish the kitchen was stocked a little bit better. Missing several cooking utensils, silverware, etc. We used what was available but wished we had brought more kitchen things. Remember to bring TP, trash bags and paper towels, there aren't any replacements in the house. Overall we absolutely loved it! We will definitely come back!

House was fantastic. Clean, updated, close to the beach, in a great area and of course it has a pool so that topped it all off. Definitely recommend renting this house.

Very cute beach cottage within walking distance to the beach. Lots of beds available. It could have been cleaned a little better before we got there and even after we followed the instructions for the hot tub, it never heat up to be able to be used, but overall it wasn't a bad stay.

Great location close to a Historic WWII Coast Guard Station. Pool area in back of this property is quaint, private and perfect for our stay. Neat older home that I wish people would take better care of while they are visiting.

The location of the property is fantastic. It is close to any area of the beach you want to go and only about 1.5 miles from the pier area. The pool and spa are very nice. The house is very cool and has a unique layout. The details are what impact my review for this stay. 1. There were very limited items available. 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 tablespoon of dish soap, no condiments (not even salt and pepper). It would be nice if these things were provided in quantities that roughly suit the length of the stay rather than each renter having to purchase and then potentially waste extras. 2. The pool time on our last day was interrupted by the weekly pool service and closed the pool for 5 hours. This should be done on the check-in/check-out days to limit disruption. 3. There were no beach chairs, umbrellas, or anything for use. Again, rather than require each renter to purchase or rent these, provide some with an inventory list and charge for damage or non-return. This is how numerous other places we’ve stayed have operated. 4. There are a lot of little things around the house that need to be repaired or replaced to really make it a nice stay. Leaky faucets, shower head spray issues, shower curtain/door leaks, loose doorknobs, old mattresses/beds, slow draining sinks, loose baseboards/moldings, etc.

We were looking for a house with a pool and closer to the beach where my family can relax and enjoy the warm weather for few days. This house was everything we wanted. The house can accommodate good number of guests (we were only 4), walking distance from the beach, World war II homefront museum, wonderful neighborhood to walk around. Benji has been extremely helpful in answering our questions during the booking process and made the check-in process extremely easy. Overall our experience was wonderful. :-) We got back home refreshed and recharged.

Everything was great. It was clean the location was in walking distance front the beach. The pool was was clean and warmed. I will be returning to this location.

The house is a close walk to the beach and has a great pool area. I was surprised that the house didn’t have any beach chairs and only a few beach towels. We’ve been to many other beach houses and they always supply things needed for a day at the beach so you don’t have to bring those things with you. The kitchen is missing a few necessary items like a pitcher for drinks and could use a new blender. The house could use a little updating, some beds need to be replaced but overall nice property.

The property was just as described. It is literally step from the ocean and a quick drive to area restaurants and stores. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely be looking to return to this home on my next visit to the island.

Great location! Bikeable to beach. We rented a golf cart and used that to go to beach and to local restaurants. Close to restaurants too. Loved the pool in backyard. Thankful that the kitchen was updated and nice. The bathrooms are in need of renovation and updating. Even the "master bathroom" was small and the shower was very dirty. Other than the bathrooms, we enjoyed this house and recommend it.

We had a fabulous time on St Simons Island. The house was spacious and location was amazing! My kids loved swimming in the pool and hot tub.

The property and especially the location were fantastic. There was the perfect amount of space for our family and friends. The pool is small, but is deep and has a built in spa . The backyard entertained our group of boys for hours. It is only a short walk to the beach and a stones throw from a really well done Homefront museum, which is a must see for any family. There were low marks for cleanliness. The cleaning crew had not done a good job prior to our arrival. But Benji, the property manager, went out of his way to make up for it. The property owners are lucky to have him. Overall it was a 5 star experience that we would definitely do again!
