This house is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. It is beautifully decorated and spacious - perfect for our large group of adults and children. I've stayed at numerous houses in St. Simon's and this was by far the best one. I absolutely plan on staying here again in the future.

The house is beautiful and well met our need fir space. There were numerous issues that were encountered during our visit. Many of these issues were never addressed by management after several phone calls. When we arrived the pool was filled with debris and the robot was not running. Management was called and a pool service was supposed to come. This did not happen. We spent several hours cleaning debris from the pool and did get it cleaned. At bedtime, a drip was discovered over a bed, necessitating moving the bed over and placing a container to catch the drip. Management was called at this time. A maintenance crew came the next morning and said the leak had been fixed until we left and they could properly repair the ceiling. That night, after releasing water from the bathtub upstairs bath, water came pouring onto the bedroom again requiring all available containers to catch the water! Management was called again and plumbers came the next morning and repaired the upstairs bathroom shoer plumbing and took down the ceiling below which was about to fall. On July 3, the kitchen sink backed up and filled with water while loading the dishwasher. After plunging didn't work, we drained the water from the pipe and called management. A message was left on the answering machine. The phone call was not answered, so another call was placed. was told that maintenance would be out to check. No one ever responded. Did run the dishwasher afraid it would flood the area.

We had a marvelous time here- the layout works very well for families or groups of friends that like a little separation- three bedrooms on the main level, two bedrooms below, and one out in the pool house. We paid to have the pool heated for our Novemeber trip, which worked very well. We love visiting St Simons, and this house made our visit even more special.

Rented the home for our sons wedding. Great location to access the beach , restaurants and golf. The home was spacious and layout was great with having a couple infants.

The house was just as described. It was nicely decorated and immaculately clean! It could use a mirror in each bedroom. We did have some issues that never got resolved about heat for the pool and hot tub. At time the pool was too hot to use. We did call the leasing office multiple times with little success correcting the problem even though they sent someone over to do so. Other than the pool/hot tub we had a great time!

The house had everything we needed! Loved the pool and the house was steps from the beach! Easy to bring little kids back and forth! Would definitely rent again!

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s right across from the beach and very close to the village. We had an issue upon check in where the downstairs hadn’t actually been cleaned, but was remedied quickly when we notified the property management company. The house itself and bedrooms are nice and updated. We didn’t use the cottage in the back but it was cute, well appointed and looked like a comfortable stay. One minor issue was getting in touch with the property rental company. No one picked up immediately upon calling, but would call back if you left a message. And the person who called back wasn’t able to answer questions, but rather had to find out and get back to us. In some cases, they never did. We also had an issue with the heated pool. We requested it be turned on and while someone did come out to turn it on, it only worked for one afternoon before shutting off again. We called for help the next day but never heard back. Overall, we enjoyed it at this rental, the beds were comfortable, and the house is great.

We had a great weekend at 3 Palms! The house was wonderful, and the management staff was excellent!
