We had 7 adults and 4 kids stay in this cabin. The pool was a major hit with the kids and the hot tub was popular with the adults. There was plenty of beds and space for our family. The cabin had basic necessities and wasn’t too far from activities. I recommend bringing pool towels and laundry detergent if you’re going to have someone frequently using the pool. Overall we would return to this location in the future.

We booked this cabin because we wanted to stay in the mountains but be close to all the activities. This did not disappoint! After spending the days in Pigeon Forge we could relax on the porch and take in the Mountain Views. The kids were never bored as the pool was a hit. Would recommend!!

Our family decided to travel from WI to Tennessee as a last minute vacation before school started. This property was available and affordable. When we arrived the property was very spacious and accommodated our family of 8 people ranging from an infant to adults. It was located close to various activities, restaurants and shopping. The scenery was beautiful and the private pool was very convenient. The kids were so happy they want to come back again next year. Also, the host had great communication! Highly recommend to stay here.

Cabin was nice. All bedrooms had tvs and the pool was a nice bonus. Property manager was really responsive. Overall would stay again!

10 min from pigeon forge and comfortable beds

We had to cut our stay short due to a work emergency but we loved our time there only left the cabin to eat.

Terrific location! Minor issue was remedied quickly by rental company. Very clean and we loved it! 2 suggestions would be to post a sign for parking as the driveway is supposed to be shared..our neighbor didnt see that way so we parked on an extreme slant...my daughter fell out of the car! And second the cabin really needs a handrail for the front steps for folks over 50..this has been mentioned many times in previous comments. We got past all this though and had a great time!

This is an awesome place to stay. There's plenty of space, the cabin was very clean, and having your own indoor pool makes all the difference in the world when you're traveling with kids. The location is great, too. The cabin is a convenient distance from most anything you might want to visit in the area, but it's also well away from the busy traffic and congestion of downtown. The check-in process is very simple and efficient and the property manager made a point to check on us periodically during our stay. We've stayed at several other locations in the area over the years, and this is our favorite. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Parking difficulties due to incline and multiple car neighbors for mobility impaired family member. Quiet times not enforced so depending on your neighbors can hear outside parties in homes

The cabin was very clean and spacious. Was stocked with kitchen necessities. The kids loved the pool. The host was responsive and checked in with us often. Overall very great experience. Definitely recommend

Check in was very easy... everything worked.. beds were very comfy and my kids loved the pool on a rainy day they could still enjoy there selves. Great location very close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay for NYE! It was very accommodating and the proximity to everything was spot on. I highly recommend this cabin.

The Cabin when we arrived for checkin was still being cleaned, previous visitors left a mess. We were unable to stay as a family in the cabin as a result of a freak snow storm stranding us in Pigeon Forge. When we did get back to the cabin which looked beautiful we experienced a few things. An exhaust fan from the pool area was very loud and disrupted sleep in two bedrooms, it impacted 3 of our 4 nights. The an upstair shower leaked into the bathroom on the 1st floor. The maintenance team could not resolve the issue while we were there but provided extra towels to deal with the leaks. A couple minor issues, burnt out light bulbs in rooms and popcorn under furniture were reported. The maintenance team left extra lightbulbs for us to replace. Our family did not allow these things to ruin our trip but they did cause inconvenience. The individual we worked with to discuss our issues was wonderful but was not able to get our issues resolved quickly. The cabin and setting was beautiful, the interaction with the contact person was wonderful but the actions taken to our issues definitely fell short of expectations, I had to diagnose and send them a video of the loud noise (exhaust fan from pool) and deal with the leaks, light bulbs and mess under the furniture. An apology was offered but nothing further.

We loved our thanksgiving getaway at this cabin! Very clean, plenty to do and very close to town! Definitely will stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed could have been placed in the area where the pool table was located; it was difficult for my granddaughter to fall asleep in the kitchen area.

The Chilling Bear Lodge was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The place was immaculate when we arrive, which is very important to me. The indoor pool was great fun for the kids. Location was great for visiting Dollywood. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful weekend in Tennessee. The cabin was beautiful and the kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings! Will definitely be back!

The cabin was nice and would have been really enjoyable if we hadn’t ended up renting the same time as the folks next door. They stayed up late and were very noisy fighting outside late at night. It sounded like they were on our porch even though they weren’t.

Cabin was wonderful. My family really enjoyed the pool table and the private pool.

We had a few issues but they were QUICKLY dealt with! The managers were extremely responsive! We got to watch a bear walk around the cabin!

Perfect stay for family and friends, love the fact that it has a indoor pool on location, and the hot tub is a plus!!!
