When looking for a place to rent for our vacation we saw the negative reviews for this listing. I emailed the property management and was assured that everything had been fixed. Upon arrival, the screen doors on the first and third level were still broken, one shower did not work, there was a leak in the kitchen, the microwave was broken and the ceiling fans did not work. We were told someone would come on Wednesday to fix, no one ever showed up. On Thursday we were told someone would be there at 9:30 but they arrived at 10:30 and I spent half a day of our four day vacation at the condo while the screens and leak were fixed. The fans were not fixed despite there being two new fans in the closets, which verified that they knew they weren't working in the first place. The property management was responsive in they took my calls and the resolution for all the time spent trying to get things fixed was only 20% off our stay.(the nightly rate, not the full amount charged). The couch leather was also torn to pieces and we were told it was going to be fixed once we left. The location is great but the condition of the house for what we spent to stay there was very disappointing, especially since I verified prior to booking that all issues had been addressed and was assured that they had been. The last thing you want to do on vacation is wait around for maintenance, which is what we had to do.

I need someone to contact me regarding my recent stay. None of the TV, microwave, coffee maker worked. When we walked in the house smelled very fishy. This was my first time renting in this area and it was the worst…..

Overall very happy with the property. A couple of small things like a light bulb or two that were burnt out and could not figure out how to turn off the air (it was chilly at night). Also, we could not figure out hiw to operate the livingroom tv, but im sure that was user error.

The floor looked like it wasn't swept. The patio screen door was lying on the ground(back patio). The screen door on the third floor was so rusted that it couldn't be closed. The TV's didn't work. The second floor bathroom shower had no water pressure. My friend was eaten up by bed bugs in the bed on the second floor. The washer leaked water on the floor. The downstairs bathroom in the kitchen area had very large dead cockroaches on the floor.

The televisions did not work. There was only 1 hook up to watch TV. Light in one restroom was out had to go in the dark. TV remotes had no batteries. Place stunk like sewer. Management did not fix any of the problems.

We enjoyed our stay! This place is a great value! I loved the master suite in the third floor!
