our check in was smooth and the receptionist is very friendly. our room was a descent size and bed is comfortable. Location is also good and safe place.

front desk staff is not friendly. and the shower is not having cold water. Its all hot as in very hot which im very disappointed.

Proximity to Manila domestic airport - only 5-10 mins by car to terminal 4. Stayed here due to cancelled flight rescheduled for first thing in the morning. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

There were a number of issues: The bathroom toilet did not flush. On investigation, there was no water in the cistern! Bathroom tap also did not work. Luckily, there was a small kitchenette area outside the wet room with a running tap. The shower took a long time to heat up and, when left running, became scathing hot! I was not able to reduce the heat. Plumbing clearly needs looking at. Ants were running through the room, and the TV had no signal despite getting housekeeping to look at it. I was only there for a few hours, so I let it go, but I wouldn't have wanted to be there if I needed to stay longer.

It’s located not far from NAIA airport, call a taxi, less than 200 PHP.

The property always charges more taxes and fees than the booking.com states. On booking APP and email, this reservation is only 1035 plus 155tax, which is 1190 in total, but the property charged me 1330!

It's very close to the airport

The tap in the toilet is not working. Thankfully there's another tap right outside. The doorknob in the toilet is almost coming off. The towel has a distinct smell that it's not properly washed or dried. Otherwise the hotel is clean, sheets smells nice, bed is comfy.
