This was a beautiful cabin and relaxing. Had plenty of things for the family to do when not out sightseeing. Would have been nicer if hot tub worked properly.

The hot tub was not working properly. The water level kept going below the jets and they would spray in our faces. Then we would fill it up to where it was suppose to be and it would then be cold. So we were hoping that since we filled it up to the right level we would be able to use it the next day after warming back up but the level went back down below the top jets again.

I love how both jacuzzis could be used at the same time and not have to worry about if there's going to be enough hot water for one and not the other which was an issue I had at a previous cabin at a previous stay. I love how secluded it is even though there were other cabins nearby you still had your own privacy and didn't see your neighbors. I love how quick maintenance is we had an issue with our grill and within 2 hours on the DOT somebody was there to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

The quality of the furniture. The couches and big arm chair were low and flat. The beds weren't the most comfortable it's definitely time for some new updated furniture especially the bed downstairs it had a big dent/dip in it, but other than those few issues the trip was amazing and we didn't want to leave.

this is awesome place nice and clean also we enjoy cabin I got 10 out of 10 with my family they wanna go back next year same cabin

The house is located close to Gatlinburg, very convenient. Meanwhile it’s a quite place on the little mountain with beautiful views.

The house basically equipped with all types of things you need for living. However the washing machine and dryer seems not welcome for use. The bedding and linen seems need to change. Feels ok but looks quite old.

the jacuzzi never heated past 82. they didn’t fix it the whole 4 night we were there. the beds are not comfortable and the pillows were hard as rocks. the tv programming was very minimal and you’re not able to rent a movie either. the bathroom down stairs never got hot water and the tub gets cold by the time it fills up. the upstairs bathroom hot water only stayed warm for about 10 minutes.

Location

Not the cleanest, stair rails filthy. No pillow protectors anywhere, mattress cover missing off downstairs bed and sags badly once slept in. Drawers falling out of dressers in downstairs bedroom. Towels very poor condition fraying. Baseboards in terrible state dirty and desperately in need to paint, several areas of ceiling damage in property. Even sofa was unsupportive and uncomfortable. Carpet downstairs smells like it needs a good steam clean. Small pool cues both broken. Upstairs shower dripping constantly. Only 4 wine glasses provided in a house that can sleep 6. The whole property needs some attention to detail and updating. $2000 for 4 days was expecting the property to be immaculate. Shouldn’t charge that amount just because of location. Extremely disappointing

Bears got in our car. Lol

The location was great. We were in the hot tub on the deck listening to music and sipping on wine all night, literally. While sitting on the deck and I looked to my left, there was a bear walking down the street minding his or her own business. When leaving to return home, there was another bear in a yard. That was worth the trip alone, my wife was thrilled. There were may activities in Gatlinburg that we had an opportunity to experience. I was actually amazed at how much there was to do. We will be returning !!!

I loved the location. I loved seeing the bears in front of the cabin every morning. Access was excellent. The cabin had everything we needed and we enjoyed staying there.

The bed on the upper level was very hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I didn't sleep well at all. He slept on the couch every night and I slept with him the last night of our stay.

Beautiful view, enjoyed hot tub, got used to winding hill roads. Comfortable accommodations, loved the game room downstairs.
